Responsibilities & Expectations:
We are looking for a skilled Manual Machinist to join our team. As a Manual Machinist for IPS, you will identify problems and make necessary adjustments as they relate to industrial AC/DC electric motors and generators. You will use a variety of manual machine tools and balancing equipment for rotating machinery, while following service center safety procedures. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and an ability to work from drawings, sketches, and blueprints. Please view the following day-to-day responsibilities: Diagnose incoming units, disassemble, repair, assemble, and prepare items for shipment
- Operate conventional manual machining tools including engine lathes, horizontal lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, and related equipment
- Safely use overhead, gantry cranes, and lift trucks, and associated lift rigging
- Perform mechanical measurements using portable mechanical instruments such as dial indicators, micrometers, and portable vibration measurement equipment
- Machine and fabricate parts using engine lathes, grinders and drill presses
- Draw accurate prints for parts needing to be fabricated
Qualifications and Competencies:
- At least 2 years of related experience, 6 years preferred using manual machining equipment, or equivalent education and experience preferred
- Ability to read micrometer measuring equipment
- Motor shop, machine shop, tool & die stamping, or oil field experience preferred
- Ability to operate manual lathes of various sizes and dimensions
- Ability to operate electroplating equipment
- Ability to work with tolerances of +/- .001

Basic Function
The Director of Nursing (DON) provides strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services at Maryville Integrated Care. As a member of the executive leadership team, the DON ensures safe, high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. The DON oversees clinical standards, compliance, staff development, and quality improvement, while fostering a collaborative culture across multidisciplinary teams to drive positive client outcomes.
Essential Functions
Leadership & Administration
- Provide leadership and administrative oversight of all nursing services and staff.
- Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care in compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in organizational planning, program development, and budget management for nursing services.
- Oversee staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation, competency development, and succession planning.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous quality improvement within the nursing team.
Clinical Oversight & Client Care
- Ensure delivery of client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care.
- Align nursing interventions with evidence-based practices for SUD and behavioral health populations.
- Coordinate nursing services with medical, counseling, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Oversee medication management, including prescribing oversight, administration, storage, and documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient safety, infection control, and adherence to medical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other providers to evaluate client medical needs and adjust treatment as necessary.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards (NJ Board of Nursing, NJ Department of Health/DMHAS, CARF).
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, internal audits, and data reporting to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation in accordance with agency standards.
- Lead nursing preparation for regulatory and accreditation surveys, including survey readiness activities.
- Maintain readiness for annual licensing reviews, inspections, and updates (eg Certificate of Need, leadership changes).
- Supervise documentation adherence-including self-administration protocols and clinical recordkeeping in accordance with state standards.
Staff Development & Education
- Provide orientation, mentoring, and ongoing education for nursing staff.
- Assess training needs and ensure staff competency in addiction treatment, detox protocols, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), harm reduction, and co-occurring care.
- Encourage professional growth and support continuing education opportunities.
Client Advocacy & Community Relations
- Advocate for client access to medical care, referrals, and recovery resources.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments, external providers, and community partners.
- Support client and family education regarding medications, treatment plans, and health management.
Other Duties
- Uphold the professional code of ethics prescribed by the NJ Board of Nursing and Maryville’s Code of Conduct.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey, in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred. Certifications like CARN, PMH-BC, or ACLS/BLS are a plus. (equivalent leadership experience may be considered).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role or 3 years in an opioid treatment/detox facility.
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, or a related healthcare setting required.
- Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detoxification protocols, and integrated care preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and co-occurring disorders.

Training Objectives:
- Learning the management of each department to ensure that each department is operating within guidelines, budgets and meets standards established for each department.
- Participates in daily stand up meetings
- Human Resources and Payroll functions – handling new hire paperwork, receiving & sending timecard adjustments, etc.
- Interacting with residents and their families, acknowledging concerns and solving problems within the community related to business office matters.
- Working closely with Sales to develop and review marketing plans, meet sales goals, and be aware of upcoming move-ins and move-outs.
- Reviewing accounts receivable and participate in the collection efforts for the community, including making phone calls and sending correspondence to residents and responsible parties.
Requirements:
- College degree is required. A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Leadership, Healthcare Administration or related fields.
- 2 years minimum Leadership experience is required. 5 years preferred.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficient. Knowledge of Excel preferred, not required.
- Desire to grow and learn
- Willing to relocate within the state of Texas

Job Summary: Supervise and lead crews performing underground and aerial construction (boring, trenching, vault work, pole setting, aerial cable/stringing) to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations that meet schedule and quality targets.
What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day underground and aerial construction activities, assigning crews and resources to meet production and schedule targets.
- Enforce company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and site-specific safety plans; conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Plan work sequences, mobilizations, and logistics for trenching, boring, vault installation, conduit placement, pole setting, and aerial cable/stringing.
- Monitor field operations to identify and resolve operational problems, delays, or safety issues; implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Oversee maintenance, servicing, and safe operation of construction equipment (borers, excavators, trenchers, bucket trucks, derricks, loaders); schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate daily work reports, crew logs, material usage records, incident reports, and as-built documentation; submit required reports in a timely manner.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members and new hires on construction methods, safe work practices, proper use of tools and equipment, and company procedures.
- Coordinate material ordering, inventory management, and staging of supplies (conduit, cable, anchors, hardware, poles, vault components) to ensure continuous work flow.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools, vehicles, poles, anchors, vaults, and temporary works; identify and correct defects or hazards immediately.
- Interface with project managers, engineers, utility owners, and subcontractors to confirm specifications, traffic control, permits, and site access.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and traffic control requirements during excavation and restoration work.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support project delivery and crew performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience in underground and aerial utility/construction or similar field operations.
- Knowledge of excavation, trench safety, shoring, boring operations, pole setting, climbing/anchoring practices, and aerial cable installation.
- Strong understanding of OSHA/regulatory safety standards, traffic control, and utility locates.
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred where required.
- Certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, confined space, first aid/CPR, bucket/derrick operation) preferred
