Using the handheld devices (or paper backup forms if needed) accurately complete all necessary paperwork associated with field service, repair, and installation, including service tickets, timesheets, open job tracking form and safety analysis sheets.
Maintain compliance with operation and communication standards as per the Field Service Technician Handbook.
This position requires the operation of a service vehicle in compliance with DOT Driver Qualification standards, as well as truck-based cranes, forklifts, welders, torches, and power and hand tools.
Follow all customer-specific requirements, policies, safety guidelines and directions on their work sites.
Work closely with all other departments in the company, communicating and coordinating activities to efficiently maximize customer satisfaction.
"Occasional (under 20% annually) domestic overnight travel may be required for training, supporting customers at other offices, etc. may be required."

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

The pay range for this position is $20-35. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. Based on time in the job, you will be eligible for additional PTO (vacation, sick leave, etc.). We offer 72 hours PTO (1 hour for every 40 worked) to employees in Colorado.

The Framing Manager is responsible for the supervision of, and coordination with, independent subcontract framing crews working on 84 Lumber projects. This position is responsible for training, supervising and directing the work of framing installation crews, developing labor cost budgeting, maintaining production or installation records for use in supervision or control, planning framing installation work, apportioning the work among the framing crews, controlling the flow and distribution of materials or merchandise and supplies, monitoring or implementing contract compliance, providing for the safety and security of the framing crews and addressing and adjusting common inquiries and/or complaints from customers.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Installation Manager the HVAC/R Installation Technician is responsible for install ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems and equipment; inspect and perform tests on systems and equipment at start-up to assure proper functioning. This position has constant contact with the Project Managers and Sales Engineers to receive installation detail and communicate project requirements and results. This position has frequent contact with customers, requiring reasonable tact and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Customer Service

Our in-office development program provides you the training you need on USAA products and the encouragement to create a proactive and independent support style to service our membership. For new hires starting in February, March and April, we are offering a signing bonus of $2,000. The signing bonus is paid in one installment after 45 days of employment.
We are currently seeking dedicated Property & Casualty (P&C) active producer/agents with an ACTIVE P&C producer agent license to work in our Phoenix Arizona office . This schedule may require working evenings up to 10:00PM Local Time to include a permanent Saturday or Sunday. These roles include a shift differential of 15% for hours worked after 6:00pm Local Time and any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. We have new training classes starting every month.
As a Licensed Insurance Professional, you'll work within defined guidelines and framework, to provide customer service, sales, and retention activities for one or more of USAA's Property & Casualty personal line products. You will interact with our members across multiple contact channels (i.e. inbound phone calls, email, chat, social media, etc.) to provide adequate coverage and advice to help ensure members’ financial security.
Facilitate the member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and other requests from members.
Apply developing knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes for insurance products and services. Also, maintain respective trailing documents for all states.
Identify, assess and understand member needs and consistently provide complete and accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services. Efficiently operate in a contact center environment and navigate multiple systems/programs while maintaining an engaging member interaction that occurs across multiple channels.
Maintain required Property & Casualty (P&C) licenses and state registrations.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
~ Current ACTIVE Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in your current state of residence/or state of hire and ability to acquire additional licenses for other states as needed
~1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services and/or relevant direct customer service and/or sales experience
~ Ability to prioritize and multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment

* Excellent diagnostic ability.

* EPA 608 Certification.
