This role involves creating engaging, insightful and highly relevant content that is fully aligned with our company’s ethos. This position combines strategic storytelling, brand-building expertise and a keen sense of the spaces we need to be to lead as a purpose-driven, results-led company - all with an editorial eye. The senior manager will provide both qualitative and quantitative analysis to regularly give learnings to use in future-facing strategies.
Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management by developing and executing content strategies for the company and senior executives to support our company narrative, key initiatives, and industry insights, including and not limited to byline opportunities, op-eds, LinkedIn, Substack, podcasts, editorial and
  • Write clear, compelling, and on-brand editorial and posts that reflect our company’s values, mission, and voice, ensuring consistency across all communications
  • Understand principles and value of visual storytelling, and working knowledge of basic asset creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe
  • Lead community engagement on corporate channels, actively engaging, monitoring comments, responding to relevant conversations, and tracking the performance of editorial and posts to optimize content strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across company for storytelling, research, creative, community management and social

  • Prepare briefs for executives for content opportunities including but not limited to podcasts, speaking engagements
  • Conduct regular content audits and monitor engagement to adjust content strategy and provide ongoing recommendations to improve reach and impact
  • Content Strategy & Analytics by tracking and analyzing platform engagement metrics for posts, providing insights and reporting on trends, successes, and areas for improvement
  • Lead Substack storytelling and strategy and innovate new ways to show up on the platform
  • Stay current with platform best practices, algorithm changes and new features to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and optimized

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 7-10+ years of experience in social media, editorial content creation, communications, or similar role
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of tone, audience engagement, and best practices for LinkedIn and Substack

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications. Role Overview:

The Material Planning Senior Manager will lead material planning, with direct responsibility for developing and managing processes and monitoring operating strategies in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Utilizing SAVIOM, Excel, and Veranova’s ERP system, this role will integrate production planning, capacity planning, and manufacturing scheduling for a portfolio of client-owned products.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process from the ground up, aligning demand forecasting, supply planning, and financial analysis to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
  • Manage SAVIOM planning system daily
  • Ensure materials are available to meet production timelines while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Develop and maintain mid- to long-term material requirements plans based on the master production schedule (MPS), customer forecasts, and inventory strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish, align and maintain tactical range assumptions and corresponding production plans that consider capacity, lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform and optimize supply planning, capacity, utilization, and detailed scheduling assessments to validate business requirements and client demand scenarios. Objectively evaluate options/trade-offs and develop Site Leadership -level recommendations
  • Facilitate and drive cross functional prioritization and coordination of monthly and quarterly Production plans with Manufacturing, ARD, PRD, Quality, Procurement, and Project/Program management. Prioritize, coordinate, and drive resolution to any issues, changes or interruptions that could impact the Production Plans
  • Monitor material requirements planning for all GMP and Non-GMP materials. Analyze and plan material requirements based on Production plans and client demands across the site. Adjust the Production Plans and requirements by analyzing changes in client demands, inventory levels, production schedules, QA/QC needs, etc.
  • Support the enhancement and implementation of planning processes and procedures, and the implementation of materials planning through the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
  • Provide guidance to the cross-functional scheduling and coordination meetings to ensure the on-time execution and delivery of products as committed to clients
  • Maintain, and refine key planning and scheduling related data, performance indicators and measurements to provide reliable data-driven insights to site leadership for strategic decision making
  • Track the implemented planning data and inputs to reporting tools through the ERP System (D365), MS Excel, Power BI, and other technologies to improve production, material planning and scheduling and site wide planning
  • Support audits and inspections by providing accurate material traceability and documentation
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree, in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Analytics.
  • Developing and managing the S&OP process in a CDMO environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and automation to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. Experienced in leveraging Excel for financial modeling, supply chain analytics, and reporting to drive efficiency and strategic insights.
  • Experience with an ERP and Advanced Planning Systems (preferably Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, BW/BI)
  • Experience in global supply chain planning processes and managing execution with/ through global client planning and scheduling systems.
  • Good understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements (EMA, DEA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including ability to effectively implement business strategies, manage direct reports, and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and risk management.

  • Advanced degree, or Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CIPM/CSCP certification) strongly preferred.

Salary Range : $135,000 - $160,000 annual base salary

Etegent is seeking Machine Learning Engineers (MLEs) to work with our Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) group based in the Beavercreek office. MLEs will work in a team environment with Etegent teammates, customers, and other researchers from leading academic institutions, government organizations and commercial entities.

We deliver solutions in the domains of AI/ML, data science, software, and visualization to address geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) challenges for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community (DoD/IC) customers. We develop data science tools to analyze large, diverse datasets from a variety of sensor types (SAR, ISAR, GMTI, HIS, EO, IR). We design and implement algorithms to perform pattern recognition, such as statistical and deep learning techniques, to identify meaningful trends and patterns. We wrap these algorithms in accessible, scalable software to be deployed on customer systems, often requiring containerized software and custom user interfaces for visualization.

This position is based in Beavercreek, OH with the expectation of being in Etegent’s office or at a customer facility 5 days a week.

More so than seeking a candidate with specific niche training, Etegent is seeking a technical leader defined by innate curiosity and a "product-first" mindset. They understand that the best model is the one that solves the customer's problem within pragmatic constraints. We need a Senior MLE who is not just technically sharp, but also an effective mentor and a savvy communicator. We are seeking someone who can navigate the ambiguity of client requirements and translate them into actionable research paths for the team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams through the full R&D lifecycle. You will be responsible for aligning technical execution with schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Maintain a 50/50 balance between leadership and technical execution. We need a leader who can both be "in the trenches" designing algorithms and can handle project oversight and mentorship.
  • Serve as a primary technical interface for our customers. This involves translating complex algorithmic concepts into clear, value-driven updates and navigating stakeholder feedback with transparency.
  • Architect and oversee the implementation of signature exploitation algorithms. You’ll determine the best path towards addressing the customer need – whether by traditional feature extraction or modern deep learning approaches.

Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Sr National Sales Manager, Compass/Foodbuy, Foodservice based in Charlotte, NC.


The Sr. National Sales Manager for Compass/Foodbuy National Accounts is the strategic and commercial lead for our largest Food Management Company (FMC) and its primary Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) - Compass/Foodbuy. This role is accountable for maximizing compliance, negotiating profitable volume growth, and growing market share within the entire Compass Group ecosystem, including its Foodbuy GPO membership and related sectors (e.g., Hospitality, Leisure, Higher Education). This Leader executes the national strategy, manages the day-to-day relationship at the headquarters level, and drives field-level engagement to ensure program activation and adherence.


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:


Account Ownership: Serve as the primary, day-to-day headquarters contact for key decision-makers within Foodbuy/Compass and manage the customer relationship locally. Develop and implement national and channel strategies to increase sales, drive new product adoption, category penetration, and program upgrades across their operating units.

Contract Management: Negotiate and manage annual operating plans, national contracts, and promotional calendars, ensuring maximum recovery of trade spend and compliance targets.

Field Execution: Work closely with the Broker team to ensure the national programs are accurately executed at the local site level and that all operational issues (\"last mile\" issues) are resolved promptly.

Category Management: Leverage Compass/Foodbuy-specific data and internal analytics to identify white space opportunities, category gaps, and opportunities for assortment expansion, and present data-driven business cases to the customer.

Collaboration/Internal Influence: Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to align internal resources to meet the complex needs and timelines of the Compass/Foodbuy organization.

THE PURPOSE:

The Senior Technical Designer, Women’s Denim plays a critical role in translating creative design concepts into high-quality, production-ready garments. This role partners closely with Design, Product Development, and overseas vendors to ensure fit, construction, and execution meet brand standards. With deep expertise in denim construction, pattern making, and fabric performance, this position serves as the technical bridge between concept and production.


THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)

  • Create and maintain detailed technical packages, including specifications, tolerances, grading, construction details, stitch callouts, and fit comments.
  • Partner with the Technical Design Manager and cross-functional teams to establish appropriate fit, function, and construction intent for each style.
  • Lead fit sessions across multiple sizes, providing clear, actionable feedback to vendors to achieve consistent fit and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with overseas manufacturers to develop accurate patterns and resolve construction or fit issues throughout the development process.
  • Ensure all garment specifications—including measurements, stitching techniques, and finishing details—are clearly defined and executed.
  • Conduct quality reviews and address discrepancies identified during development or production to ensure consistency across all runs.
  • Act as a key liaison between Design and Production, proactively troubleshooting technical issues and supporting on-time delivery.
  • Manage and track workflow for assigned styles, balancing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with overseas vendors and internal partners.

You are a detail-driven technical expert with a strong eye for fit, construction, and quality. REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience with 5-pocket styles, jumpsuits, dresses, fashion tops, and jackets
  • Strong understanding of pattern making, grading, and garment construction techniques
  • Hands-on experience leading fit sessions and executing pattern corrections
  • Solid knowledge of fabrics, finishes, and how they impact fit and construction
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office; Full Circle experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including vendor-facing correspondence

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:

  • Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $100,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
