Job Summary

The position is outpatient with the option to work four or five days per week. There are no weekends or after-hours calls. Patient volume averages around 16 patients per day and the work is primarily bread-and-butter dentistry including exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, and some root canals. The practice does not perform implants and has an established referral network for more complex pediatric cases. You would be joining three full-time dentists along with hygienists and support staff in a collaborative team environment. There may be an occasional weekly rotation to a nearby satellite clinic in Thayer, Missouri.
The base salary starts at $140,000 for new graduates and is higher for experienced dentists. The position qualifies for federal student loan repayment due to a high HPSA score.
