Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
- Extensive travel required. (Local, National, International).

- Develops, updates and provides training to staff on the proper use and maintenance of industrial assets and/or CMMS or EAM application.
- Monitors and oversees project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, which may also include shutdown activities.
- Promotes and implements energy-efficient technologies and sustainable asset management practices.

Essential KSAs:
- Associate Degree required in a technical field with 1-3 years of industrial asset experience and/or 5 - 10 years as a machine repair technician, or equivalent combination of both.

Summary:
- The Patient Services Representative II PSR II represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into lifedefining health decisions.
- The PSR II draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures. The PSR II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Sorting, and receiving specimens in the department.
Performs routine instrument maintenance on some equipment.
Performs laboratory tasks of centrifuging specimens, printing extra labels, recording data (temperature charts) specimen storage and retrieval.
Preparing reagents and or media in the department.
Preparing specimens at workstations for testing. (Including building worklists, aliquoting specimens into sample cups, checking specimens for clots and fibrin, inoculation, slide preparation)
Performs QA/QC duties as assigned.
Resolves pending lists.
Finds missing samples.
Decontaminates work areas.
Performs weekly radioactive wipe tests.
Maintains files for department records.
Changes gas cylinders.
Follows all PPE requirements and all safety regulations.
Uses the laboratory computer system as well as operates PCs.
Disposes of biohazardous material.
Completes training and competency checklists as appropriate.

Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $130,000-$150,000 per year plus discretionary annual bonus.

Compensation Overview
Hourly Salary $35 an hour USD + discretionary 5% annual bonus subject to the terms of the applicable bonus plan. Earnings are dependent on individual sales performance.

About the Role
A leading designer and manufacturer of world‑class small turbojet engines is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to oversee programs within its expanding aerospace portfolio. These engines—known for superior power‑to‑weight ratios and low fuel consumption—support advanced U.S. Department of Defense unmanned systems, including drones and missile platforms.
The organization is establishing a new high‑volume manufacturing facility and is seeking exceptional talent to help drive growth, innovation, and execution in a fast‑moving environment.
Position Summary
The Program Manager will lead sustainment programs, new product development (NPD), and R&D initiatives for small turbine engine systems. This hands‑on leadership role requires technical program management capability, strong cross‑functional coordination, and the ability to support operational expansion and business scaling activities.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of sustainment, development, and R&D programs across the turbojet engine portfolio

- Serve as primary customer interface for designated government and commercial contracts

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field (Master’s or PMP a plus)
- 7+ years of aerospace or defense manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in program management
- Hands‑on experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), MS Project, and financial tracking systems
- Proven success managing complex technical programs across the aerospace lifecycle
- Strong understanding of turbine engine development, prototyping, qualification, and sustainment
- Familiarity with DoD/FAA regulations, DFARS, ITAR, and related compliance standards
- Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams and multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience with lean manufacturing, operational scaling, or facility start‑ups
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, growth‑stage environment

Your Role

What We’re Looking For
