Summary Description
Works under the supervision of a registered Radiologic Technologist as directed operating radiology equipment, following established policies and procedures. Verifies patient identity and reviews patient's medical record for appropriateness of exam or procedure. Assists radiologic technologist with interviewing patient to obtain, verify or update medical history and assesses risk factors such as medications, pregnancy and/or psychological indicators. Explains procedure to patient, including side effects of pharmaceuticals administered, risks, benefits, alternatives and follow-up. Sets up equipment and acquires appropriate images per script. Reviews images, makes initial observations, documents exceptions from established protocols and communicates data to radiologist. Utilizes universal precautions at all times, including equipment wipe down. Ensures exam rooms are stocked with linen and supplies. Recognizes and responds to medical emergencies as appropriate. Provides physician-prescribed post care instructions to patients. Assists in transporting patients. Participates in process improvement activities within radiology practice including but not limited to quality of care, patient flow, reject-repeat analysis and patient satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of one year training in an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Or Completion of 9 months training in a accredited Detroit Medical Center school of Radiologic Technology
3. Two to four months of clinical rotational experience as a student in radiologic procedures preferred.
4. Required to have or successfully complete American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BLS) training by end of orientation period.

Position Summary
The R&D / Product Development Manager is responsible for the development, optimization, and commercialization of gluten-free baked products within a commercial production environment. Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Formulation
- Develop, formulate, and optimize gluten-free & clean label baked goods, including dessert bars, cookies, cakes, and related products.
- Apply food science principles to improve taste, texture, structure, shelf life, and nutritional profiles.
- Evaluate and test ingredients (e.g., alternative flours, starches, gums, fibers, protein, enzymes) for functionality, shelf-life optimization and overall performance.
- Conduct bench-top, pilot, and plant trials to support new product development, process and product improvements.
Scale-Up & Commercialization
- Lead formulation and process scale-up from test kitchen to full commercial production.

Position Summary:
The Sales Account Manager owns the commercial relationship for assigned, key, or complex accounts and is responsible for actively driving top‑line growth, strengthening overall account health, and executing broader commercial strategies. In addition to core responsibilities, this role manages complex pricing actions, conducts commercial negotiations, and provides reliable, strategic forecasting and funnel discipline. The AM applies a deeper understanding of core products and technologies to anticipate customer needs and influence internal planning. The AM is the primary commercial interface and proactively engages with purchasing teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and consistent communication.
- Pricing & Margin Management: Execute pricing strategies that support margin targets and competitive positioning. Monitor profitability across accounts and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Account Planning: Build and maintain annual account plans for strategic accounts
- Quoting & Commercial Proposals: Lead the preparation and delivery of customer quotes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internal cost structures.
- Annual Customer Negotiations: Own and lead annual commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms, and strategic agreements.
- Sales Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineering to support initial cost estimations and feasibility assessments for new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Budget & S&OP Support: Contribute to the development of sales budgets and support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing account-level forecasts and insights.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance against revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction KPIs. Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Other related duties and/or projects as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred – equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial operations.
- 2+ years of experience with S&OP processes and budgeting cycles.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, margin analysis, and quoting processes.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Background in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams.
