Position Overview As an Associate Data Center Cabling Superintendent, you will support large-scale cabling installations for major AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S.
This hybrid role blends field leadership with hands-on work, ideal for someone who has grown beyond a Foreman role but is not yet a full Superintendent.
Youll assist the Superintendent with planning, standards enforcement, and on-site execution while working directly with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
This role is heavily field-facing and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to help keep teams aligned with project timelines and quality expectations.
This is a full-time salaried role offering $90,000-$115,000, full benefits, project bonuses, paid travel, and advanced training.

Assist with cabling standards, tracking sheets, patch schedules, port maps, and drawing reviews to ensure work meets TIA/BICSI specifications.
Communicate field progress, schedule risks, and material needs to project leadership.
Support documentation, RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and QA/QC corrective actions.
Required Qualifications 2-4 years experience in structured cabling, low-voltage, or fiber optic systems (data center or mission-critical preferred).
Experience leading small cabling crews (foreman or lead technician level).
Ability to read cabling drawings, rack elevations, and labeling standards.
Experience using fiber testing tools (OLTS, OTDR, VFL).
Strong Excel skills for port mapping, tracking, and documentation.
Comfortable working in live data center environments with fast-paced schedules.
Willingness to travel 50-70% and work extended hours during active builds Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting data center cabling deployments.
Understanding of racks, containment systems, and cable pathways.
Familiarity with TIA/EIA or BICSI standards.

Description/Experience
- The business unit has a need to put documents for 500k+ loans into folders (and scan them in our software system).
- Responsible for accurately processing, scanning, and documenting loan files into internal systems. This role is detail‑oriented, with strict emphasis on proper scanning, documentation, and inventory tracking.
Required Skills:
- Basic Computer Lit and Data Entry Skills:
- Ability to work across multiple systems/screens
- Comfortable using scanners and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn quickly
Day to Day Duties:
“Pouch to Online Inventory to Folder Conversion”
- Process: They are taking the Pouches (on the left) which hold 50 mortgage document loans, scanning them into the online system and then putting them into new paper folders
- Goal: To re-organize the Pouch into physical Folder and to create online Inventory
- Using a Hand scanner to scan barcodes into an excel files and uploading comma codes in their MSP System
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer documents from pouches to folders (up to ~50 loans per pouch)
- Scan and barcode documents into online systems
- Upload files into internal system, including required comment codes
- Perform inventory tracking using Excel
- Ensure all documents are scanned and documented accurately and completely
Performance Metrics:
Complete 11 pouches per day (50 loans per pouch) – 45 mins per pouch

The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of task orders for a government customer. The PM ensures all program and project activities meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives while maintaining compliance with DoD, DISA, and Federal policies and standards. This position requires hands-on management of personnel, resources, deliverables, and communications to ensure operational excellence and mission success. The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between the Contractor and Government leadership, responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all activities under the task order(s).
This is an onsite position located within the National Capital Region. Individuals must reside within a commutable distance in order to work onsite full time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for overall management and ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely fashion.
- Performs enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
- Provide full-spectrum program and project management in accordance with DoD and DISA standards and the J6 Unified Framework (UF).
- Oversee all task order activities, ensuring deliverables meet performance objectives and are submitted on schedule.
- Establish and maintain a program management structure that facilitates effective coordination across all task areas.
- Maintain accountability for task performance, staffing levels, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Lead the development and execution of Program Management Plans, Task Area Management Plans, and associated progress reports.
- Ensure all projects are tracked and updated weekly in the Government's Project Management tool (ProMIS).
- Supervise contractor personnel across multiple task areas; provide direction, mentorship, and performance management.
- Ensure staffing aligns with customer requirements and that qualified personnel with appropriate clearances are assigned.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the program team.
- Develop and submit all required deliverables, including Monthly Task Order Status Reports, Task Area Progress Reports, Quarterly Management Plan Updates, Quality Assurance/Control Procedures, Configuration Management documentation, Program Management Plan, and Task Area Management Plans.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Education/Experience: BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline.
- Citizenship and Clearance:
- US Citizenship is required.
- Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive program or project management experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or Federal IT programs.
- Certifications: PMP
- Proven success managing large-scale, multi-task technical programs involving cross-functional teams.
- Experience with DoD systems, DISA J6 operations, or similar defense communications organizations.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project or equivalent PM tools (e.g., ProMIS).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Skilled in risk management, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IAM III certification preferred: CASP+, CISSP, CISM, or other 8140 IAM certification.
- ITIL, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.
Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000
