The Associate, Project Analyst will provide project coordination support within a corporate Human Resources and Administration function. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Organizational Development, this role supports learning and development initiatives as well as broader organizational development programs, with additional support across HR and administrative activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

How You'll Contribute:

A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders. The PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions on all Broadcast projects, budgets, and scopes. The SPM will act as the person responsible for their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, task lists for team participants, managing deliverables from the consulting team, and overseeing the completion of projects. The PM is responsible for completing consulting projects on time, on budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction from our customers. Most of this employee's time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all project stakeholders. This person will be helping to constantly improve the established Diversified processes. As the primary interface to the client, the project manager develops a strong long-term relationship. They manage the client relationship, including expectations, communications, and satisfaction.

• Monitors status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

Complexity:

Every project is different, and project stakeholders are different. The SPM needs to negotiate a very complex set of variables between discovery, analysis, conceptual design, and a widely varying set of expectations with multiple stakeholders. The skill of communicating both verbally and in writing to manage all these variables takes a very high level of awareness, emotional intelligence, and people management skills. The PM is constantly managing the forces of change in every project environment. Balancing schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and client satisfaction are a very complex set of variables.

Employee will be required to use their own vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage at the current corporate rate. 10% remote travel is not unusual.

Position Overview As an Associate Data Center Cabling Superintendent, you will support large-scale cabling installations for major AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S.

This hybrid role blends field leadership with hands-on work, ideal for someone who has grown beyond a Foreman role but is not yet a full Superintendent.

Youll assist the Superintendent with planning, standards enforcement, and on-site execution while working directly with technicians, contractors, and vendors.

This role is heavily field-facing and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to help keep teams aligned with project timelines and quality expectations.

The Senior SharePoint Architect serves as the lead technical authority responsible for the planning, architecture, engineering, and modernization of DISA J6's SharePoint and Dynamics CRM platforms. This role supports both Platform Services and Operations and Maintenance Service Delivery, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to DISA's enterprise technology roadmap and cloud transition goals. The Sr. SharePoint Architect designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic consulting
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• 10+ years of Life Insurance and Annuity industry experience
• Proven success leading enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives
• Deep expertise in:

Greystone is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Operations and Underwriting team, located in our McLean, Virginia office. This individual will play a critical role in leading cross-functional process improvement and technology initiatives. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Underwriter, the Analyst will serve as a connector between business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership, ensuring projects drive measurable performance improvement across the organization.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical, organized, and communicative professional who thrives at the intersection of business operations and technology enablement. The Business Process Analyst will possess strong project leadership skills, process mapping and redesign experience, and comfort working with data and digital tools to optimize operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and Performance Improvement:
• Lead business process mapping and redesign efforts.
• Collaborate with Servicing and Asset Management teams to evaluate performance metrics.
• Identify areas for automation or optimization.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Four (4) plus years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology project management, preferably within real estate finance, financial services, or lending operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, KPI design, and operational workflow design.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira strongly preferred) and process mapping software (e.g., Visio).
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI strongly preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings and present to senior audiences.
• Experience working with IT teams and vendors to implement business solutions.
• Experience in multifamily lending operations, servicing or asset management is a plus.
• Working knowledge of data integration and process automation platforms is preferred.

The OR Scrub Tech/Surgical Technologist assists with the nursing care of patients under the supervision of an OR Registered Nurse and functions as a sterile scrub person caring for patients undergoing surgery within the OR suite.

• You will set up the sterile surgical field using aseptic technique, utilizing knowledge of: Human Anatomy and Physiology and the physician’s preferences for surgical instrumentation, suturing, passing, dissecting, retracting, and closing of surgical wounds.
• Assist the circulating Registered Nurse with operating room set up, equipment, and positioning of the surgical patient as well as break down of instrument table.
• You will perform supply management duties

What qualifications you will need:

• Surgical Technology Program graduate, or equivalent training (required)
• Certified Surgical Technologist and Licensed with the Commonwealth of Virginia (required)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
