The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery and coordination of patient care provided by the caregiving team. S/he assures that competent, compassionate patient care is uniformly provided to customers including referring facilities, hospital staff and patients in the inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings.Clinical Duties:
- Assists the attending Transplant surgeons, house staff, and Transplant staff with the direct care of hospitalized patients and outpatients on a rotating basis with the other clinical care coordinators, including: facilitation of patient discharges and transplant teaching
- Attends once a week outpatient Transplant clinics: RN orders labs, performs injection teaching, coordination of care

We are seeking a dynamic RN with excellent attention to detail and clinical reasoning skills to join our Neurosurgery outpatient practice!
Under the direction of the practice physician and/or advanced practice provider (APP) and the supervision of the Nurse Manager (RN) and/or Nurse Supervisor (RN), the RN may provide direct patient care, patient triage (in-person and telephonic), assessment, planning, directing and evaluating of a patient’s specific care plan and clinic visit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
o Obtains and accurately record patient’s vital signs; reports abnormal values to treating provider
o Obtains and documents a patient’s history (Medical, Surgical and Social) and focused physical assessment, related to the clinic visit and as dictated by clinic procedure
o Administers medications and treatments to patients in clinic, under the direction of a physician or APP
o Participates in in-office procedure, as related to clinic specialty, under the direction and supervision of a Physician or APP and documents results in EHR
o Performs review and triage of incoming test results, patient requests and pharmacy renewals; facilitates call-backs to patients as necessary
o Facilitates the utilization of resources to meet patient outcomes and contribute to Facility (AMC), New York State and National Quality data metrics

A Relationship Banking Representative is responsible to deliver a positive customer experience to current and prospective bank customers.
