Akerman LLP seeks a Conflicts Counsel to assist the firm's General Counsel's Office with conflict of interest and risk management matters. The Conflicts Counsel is responsible for daily review, analysis and resolution of conflicts and other issues related to firm acceptance of new clients and new matters, as well as interface with the firm’s General Counsel and attorneys regarding approval of new clients and matters.
