The firm is seeking an individual to source, originate and underwrite debt and equity financing opportunities for commercial real estate properties/projects. RTI International is seeking self-motivated and outgoing individuals to work on an important and long-standing government-sponsored study, the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), as Part-Time Field Interviewers.
The National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), conducted by the federal government since 1973, is a national survey of women and men, 15-49 years of age, designed to provide national estimates of factors affecting pregnancy and birth rates, and general reproductive health. The topics covered in the NSFG are sensitive but extremely important for understanding women’s and men’s health and well-being in the United States.
The NSFG interview covers sexual activity, contraceptive use, pregnancy history (including pregnancy loss), infertility, relationship experience, (including marriages and cohabitation), use of medical services (including family planning, infertility services, and preventative health care), and experience with adoption and foster care. For more information on the NSFG research project and requirements, please see: Interviewers will make face-to-face visits to selected households to screen for eligible respondents and conduct in-person NSFG interviews. Given the survey description above, these interviews require asking sensitive questions to selected respondents in a private setting using a project-provided tablet.

- Virtually attend scheduled meetings with other members of the project team
- Maintaining regular access to a reliable wireless internet connection in your home for project work
- Meeting weekly with supervisor via Zoom
- This position involves standing, walking and climbing stairs, and transporting equipment and materials such as laptop computers and notebooks weighing 15 pounds or more.

Training Details
You must attend a paid 7-day virtual training, not including the weekend, scheduled for April 13 –April 21, 2026 between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm eastern. You are also required to complete a self-administered home study and pre-training courses prior to attending virtual training.

Job Description
Summit Health is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to work collaboratively with a team of 2 Interventional Radiologists and 1 IR Physician Assistant. Unique opportunity to practice in a well-equipped state of the art freestanding Interventional Radiology facility. Time will be split between the outpatient facility and hospital setting providing care for Summit Health patients. Interventional Radiology or Surgical experience preferred but training will be provided. Responsibilities include performing minimally invasive procedures, seeing patients in the hospital and clinic setting and participating in department quality improvement activities. No night or weekend calls. Education, Certification, Computer and Training Requirements:
Physician Assistant degree required.
1 year relevant experience required. 2-4 years preferred.
Physician Assistant New Jersey License required.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities include:
Assist with all interventional radiology procedures as directed by IR.
Injection, exchange and removal of drainage catheters to include GU and GI drains.

Perform arthrocentesis and joint injections under imaging guidance.
Seeing new consults in clinic and hospital setting. Arrange for follow up as necessary.

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. Job Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and effective medication use through comprehensive review, dispensing, sterile compounding, clinical interventions, drug information support, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. This role supports hospital operations and promotes optimal patient outcomes across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Profiling & Transcribing
- Review patient profiles for appropriateness based on age, diagnosis, comorbidities, labs, allergies, height/weight/BSA, pregnancy/lactation status.
- Transcribe and verify all medication orders—including specialized and protocol-driven orders—for accuracy in drug, dose, route, and frequency.
- Recommend therapeutic alternatives when necessary.
2. Medication Dispensing
- Dispense medications, prescriptions, and miscellaneous pharmaceutical items accurately and promptly.
- Process phone, window, fax, and electronic requests professionally and efficiently.
- Source medications economically while considering inpatient vs. outpatient status.
- Sign all associated paperwork and labels legibly.
3. Medication Checking
- Perform accurate unit-dose checks and update patient profiles as needed.
- Verify medications stocked in automated dispensing machines and floor stock areas.
- Check IVs, batch preparations, patient-owned meds, repackaged items, and extemporaneous compounds.
- Inspect crash cart trays, rapid response kits, and emergency supplies.
4. Sterile Compounding
- Prepare and supervise aseptic compounding of IVs, including chemotherapy agents.
- Manage batched IV medication levels to prevent waste and support efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of sterile technique, TPN compounding, and hazardous drug handling.
- Complete all required documentation and labeling.
5. Clinical Functions
- Participate in clinical initiatives and therapeutic monitoring.
- Document clinical interventions and clarification activities.
- Support Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee initiatives.
- Identify and eliminate duplicate or inappropriate therapies.
- Convert non-formulary requests to formulary medications when appropriate.
6. Drug Information
- Provide accurate drug information to physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and patients/families.
- Utilize and interpret drug information resources effectively.
7. Performance Improvement & Customer Service
- Answer phones and service windows promptly and courteously.
- Independently troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Participate in performance improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support departmental and system-wide projects, teams, and committees.
- Professionally supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians.
8. Education & Training
- Complete all required competencies.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to lead one or more construction projects and for the management of the overall planning, scheduling, code compliance, cost tracking, safety, and completion of these projects. The Superintendent is responsible for directing and mentoring subcontractors and other on-site field staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and team building skills.
WORK HOURS:
Weekdays 7 am to 5 pm; Saturdays 7 am- 1pm, as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure the required permits and approvals from jurisdictional agencies are secured, posted, and renewed as required prior to starting work.
- Develop, update, modify (as required) and maintain the project schedule including a master schedule, 60-day look ahead schedules for their assigned trades, and two-week look ahead schedules for their assigned trades.
- Understand and be familiar with the date by which all materials must arrive on the job and convey that information to the project management team for preparation of the contract items lists and shop drawing schedules.
- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors to complete each project on time.
- Communicate with and support each subcontractor to execute their job duties effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project.
- Perform inspections or schedule inspectors to meet the varying safety and compliance regulations of each job location.
- Prepare the daily construction reports in a thorough and timely manner and maintain a written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, and problems resolved on the job site.
- Assure daily job progress photographs are taken in ample quantity to accurately depict the progress of the work.
- Travel between multiple job sites and simultaneously manage work loads of individual projects
- Understand and ensure risk controls are properly established and maintained.
- Understand and uphold the site safety plan.
- Understand and uphold the site logistics plan.
- Assure the implementation and continuous maintenance of corporate safety program requirements in all of the day-to-day operations on the project.
- Prepare and attend the weekly subcontractor meetings. Assist in maintaining the minutes of these meetings, and ensure they are recorded and distributed.
- Prepare and manage weekly safety meetings, regular toolbox talks, and safety pre task meetings as required.
- Attend weekly meetings with the project team for purposes of updates on the status of the field work and communication of any issues requiring the input or action of others on the project team, and for notification to the project team of issues that may be of importance or interest to them.
- Establish and maintain a system of document control to assure work is being installed in accordance with the latest design documentation and approved shop drawings.
- Communicate any issues requiring additional information from designers and consultants in a timely fashion to the project manager for issuance of RFI’s.
- Assist in preparation of the monthly status report to be submitted to the lender.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree, OR equivalent years of related experience.
- Requires 10+ years of experience in Stick-frame Multi-Family Residential Construction. Previous Sitework and Structured Garage Construction experience is preferred.
- Requires working knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, engineering drawings and other documents required.
- Requires superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential both within the internal project team and externally with subcontractors, labor force, etc.
- Requires the ability to work with and have knowledge of the shop drawing submittal process.
- Requires the ability to read and comprehend building plans and specifications and able to comprehend and recognize safety standards and issues.
- Requires the ability to determine the priority of assignments based on critical deadlines.
- Requires the ability to resolves field-initiated questions.
- Requires understanding of construction contracts, retention, releases.
- Requires the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and customers.
- Must possess strengths in verbal and written communications; ability to adapt communications/presentations and deliver clear and concise reports and analysis to senior management.
- Requires ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured corporate environment.
- Requires the ability to be self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision. Also requires high degree of ethics and integrity.
- Requires ability to maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.
