Colleague coordinates Artwork change control workflows for assigned products, markets, and/or vendors. Colleague fundamentally performs the ePALMS system (electronic Artwork and Labeling Management System) \"Market Coordinator\" role on behalf of WSR Regulatory Strategy functions at Country Offices (PCOs) and is the central Regulatory point of contact for the PGS (Global Services) plants/artwork centers. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Initiate and \"build\" Artwork Requests (PARs) on behalf of Markets, assuring all required information, specifications and/or supportive documentation is available for plants/artwork centers to execute the production of product labeling related packaging components. Liaises with market stakeholders and PGS plant and artwork centers, or demand management lines to coordinate any unique factors that need to be considered; documents agreement on artwork timelines across stakeholders; escalates any issues/concerns within ALIM functional line and/or relevant leadership for adjudication as necessary. Coordinate artwork change control logistics across multiple departments to assure regulatory timelines for implementation are met and that product supply is not interrupted. Support large-scale artwork change control projects with broad portfolio impact under the direction of more senior ALIM staff. Evaluates content of labeling updates and raises potential issues with WSR, PGS or relevant local Markets as appropriate to minimize impact on schedules. Retrieve documents and/or generate reports in response to queries from Regulatory Agencies (e.g. inspections) or Assistant General Counsel (e.g. product litigation cases related to labeling in distribution). Avantor's Advanced Laboratory Services team is a crucial part of the Avantor Services group serving over 500 customers in biopharma, pharmaceutical, educational, industrial, and high-tech industries with customizable, flexible solutions and end-to-end laboratory operations support.

The Inventory Technician is responsible for performing routine tasks at a customer site to support inventory management and operational efficiency. This role involves handling consumables, chemicals, samples, and other materials while ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will:

  • Facilitate orders for consumable lab inventory replenishment and ensure timely restocking at point-of-use locations.

  • Receive and process inbound shipments from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others.

  • Manage and maintain customer stockroom inventory, including daily replenishment across the site.

  • Handle chemicals and hazardous materials in compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain and inspect safety stations to ensure readiness and compliance.

  • Perform basic shipping duties and support production packaging, cylinder delivery/pickup, waste disposal, and glass washing.

  • Utilize handheld devices (e.g., palm scanners/readers) and computer systems (Avantor and customer platforms) for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.

  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to established processes.

  • Conduct inventory control activities including:Monitoring slow-moving and obsolete stock; Performing cycle counts and annual physical inventories; Generating inventory reports and customer metrics

  • Coordinate schedules with team members to ensure coverage and workflow continuity.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in daily tasks and collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational needs.

  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude and act as a liaison for inventory-related inquiries.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly driven, sales-focused Senior Account Manager to lead and grow client relationships while managing high-volume IT contract hiring programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow enterprise and mid-market client accounts, driving revenue through strategic account development and expansion.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary client contact, delivering consultative workforce solutions for IT contractor hiring.
  • Lead end-to-end client engagement, from sales discovery and requirement qualification to hiring delivery and ongoing account management.
  • Drive high-volume, transactional IT contract hiring, ensuring speed, quality, and fulfillment performance.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell of staffing and workforce solutions.
  • Develop and manage account growth strategies, including penetration plans, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to optimize delivery, improve submission quality, and increase fill ratios.
  • Maintain executive-level client communication, including QBRs, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, hiring KPIs, and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and account performance reports.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IT staffing sales, account management, workforce solutions, or recruiting operations, with a strong emphasis on client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts and high-volume IT contract hiring programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to close new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including needs discovery, solution positioning, and negotiation.
  • Experience qualifying technical hiring requirements and managing large hiring pipelines.
  • Highly analytical, with experience managing sales metrics, KPIs, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
