Church of the Saviour Next Generation Ministry is looking for college-aged interns who have a strong and personal love for Jesus to come along side us in growing, together with our students, towards Him. It is our great joy to see more students call Jesus their personal savior, for students to dive deeper into their faith, and to equip more disciples to carry out His Great Commission. This internship is designed for mature followers of Christ to aid us in that mission, but equally to be served by Church of the Saviour leadership to develop as Christian leaders themselves. This program exists so that interns can first be poured into by God and His Church by the Spirit, and then overflow into gospel ministry for the next generation. We seek in all things to love others, because God first loved us.

*Internship Details:*

* Duration: 10 weeks, full-time, from May 28th to August 6th
* Compensation: $4,000 (before tax withholdings)
* Focus: Personal, spiritual, and professional development through one-on-one discipleship and hands-on ministry leadership and responsibilities
* Primary Goals:
* Grow in your own personal faith in Jesus Christ
* Serve Christ by ministering to Students (6th through 12th grade)

* Collaborate with co-interns and church staff to help Student Ministry thrive in Jesus’ name
* Attend Sunday School at 9:00 a.m. and our Worship Service at 10:30 a.m. throughout the internship
* Attend weekly Church of the Saviour staff meetings throughout the internship
* Plan, coordinate, and lead various Student Ministry events like Youth Group, small and large group hangouts, day trips, Bible studies, pranks on Pastor Jon, and more
* Be trained and serve by teaching from God’s Word, emceeing, leading music, leading games, etc.
* Attend and co-lead various multi-day events consisting like overnight camps and retreats

Job Description

The role is responsible for promoting student success through accurate and responsive advisement in student finance and service-related areas, providing support and advocacy as needed for students throughout the student lifecycle. This position is responsible and accountable for the advisement of students within their group and serving as a primary point of contact for the student(s) within their assigned portfolio. Supports students with Financial Aid advising and awareness of overall financial literacy to succeed in their educational goals. Responsibilities

  • Supports the new student intake process by working with admissions to answer incoming student questions, provide a thorough review of program and student costs, and outline all possible options to fund their education.
  • Create and confirm an accurate financial plan by establishing timeframes to complete any application process to be financially prepared to start and stay in school. Continuously reviews student accounts to advise students on their financial eligibility.
  • Responsible for maintaining student satisfaction through facilitation of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and SMS communication with students and internal stakeholders to Student Finance

About the Role



This role will report on-site. The Director of Student Account Services oversees the Student Account Services functions of the University of Montana, including the payment phase of the registration process and application of all financial aid which requires experience administering student accounts and knowledge of FERPA. The Director of Student Account Services develops and implements policy regarding student accounts and is responsible for all areas of the University's Student Accounts Receivable system. As a critical integrated service area of the University, the Director of Student Accounts position requires working cooperatively and collaboratively with many various personnel and departments across the University of Montana to maximize a positive student experience, financial performance, creativity, and problem solving, to achieve the best possible results.



Responsibilities



  • The Director of Student Account Services manages Student Accounts, Student Accounts Receivable Collections, Cashiering, and other Accounts Receivable functions and interacts with students, faculty and other employees as well as external funding entities to help ensure procedures are streamlined, efficient and meet university standards.
  • Collaborates with financial aid, registrar and other offices to resolve issues with student accounts in a timely fashion, especially during high volume times of the year.
  • Works in conjunction with financial aid with the Return of Title IV funds for federal financial aid funds, and ensuring student refunds are accurate and timely and in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations.
  • Reviews financial accounting reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of student account transactions; oversees the student appeal process (including updates to student accounts); monitors student account charge-offs and oversees activities with the student account payment plans.
  • Responsible for hiring, disciplinary actions, mentoring, evaluating and supervising the Associate Director of Student Accounts, Student Accounts Specialists and Treasury Staff. Additionally, The Director of Student Account Services provides oversight and leadership for their employees. The Director of Student Account Services evaluates performance of the individuals supervised, as well as the team as a whole.
  • The Director of Student Account Services is responsible for the following supervisory, policy and other responsibilities:
  • Supervising and reviewing the functions related to the cash receivables of the University including, but not limited to, student accounting and third party payment transactions;
  • Supervising and reviewing the function and performance of staff and activities within Student Account Services;
  • Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures;
  • Supervising the certification of students who qualify for legislatively established tuition and fee exemptions;
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts that include student receivables;
  • Supervising the daily operation of bank deposits;
  • Ensuring employees are trained in the areas of student financials and accounts receivable/billing processing;
  • Coordinating with external cash processing vendors on student payment plans and preparing reconciliation to student receivables;
  • Preparing and discussing employee reviews and planning;
  • Assist in the preparation of various financial reports and statements;

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field;

Required Skills

Job Summary and Qualifications

The HCA Nurse Residency Program at HCA Florida Blake Hospital provides you with the tools necessary to succeed in today's hospital environment. This paid program will assist you with the transition out of the classroom setting through a formalized series of learning experiences, including:

  • Advanced clinical training in a specialty area.
  • Monthly educational sessions.
  • Preceptorship training with a facility preceptor.
  • Measurement and evaluation of skills through hands-on simulations.
  • Mentoring from experienced nurse leaders.
  • Working collaboratively on an evidence-based practice project.


The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN Resident provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. The RN Resident serves as an advocate for patients, families and caregivers to support an unparalleled patient experience.

What will you do in this role:

  • Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Perform the administration of prescribed medications. Monitor patient for therapeutic response. Notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response to medication.
  • Perform exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strive to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
  • Teach patients, families and caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
  • Other Certifications maybe required during employment
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
  • No previous experience needed
  • Some travel maybe needed for training
