2. PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Director of the Quality Unit for the Allergy Business Unit is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Unit maintains standards expected by regulatory authorities, provides guidance to all Allergy Business Unit departments on procedures for meeting regulations, and promotes and enforces the expectations of the company for compliance. This position oversees the Quality Assurance and Quality Control areas specific to the Allergy Business Unit, in alignment with the Vice President of Quality and the corporate Quality initiatives. This position will work and partner with the leadership team of Allergy Business, including the CEO of Allergy Business, in implementing and driving quality structure.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsibilities -
- Establish strategies and work plans to promote Compliance, Quality Culture and standards for aseptic processing conditions in the Allergy Business Unit, and overall Contamination Control Strategies. Ensuring the alignment of the Allergy Business unit with the overall CCS strategy for the site .
- Establish strategies and work plans to improve Quality Metrics and reduce areas of known risk from a compliance perspective.
- Establish a Data Governance team, metrics and dashboards focused on closing the site gaps in this area and sustaining compliance related to Data Governance.
- Promote and maintain the position and standards of Quality and Compliance matters to external clients, internal clients and regulators.
- Bring forth and establish overall quality standards with other members of management, including contamination control strategies and supporting documentation compliant with Annex 1.
- Establish standards for the disposition of finished product
- Maintain product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements
- Review product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Transfer knowledge and understanding of compliance concerns, history and mitigation plans through documentation of this knowledge, trainings, etc.
- Complete quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
- Maintain quality assurance staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintain quality assurance staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Prepare the Quality Unit budget for the Allergy Business Unit; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

- Minimum 10 years experience managing quality functions in a parenteral manufacturing facility required.
- FDA Regulated Industry Experience: Position is required to be an expert in the application and interpretation of FDA and other regulatory agency regulations.

Essential Duties:
* Manage a designated territory and/or customers to maximize the PacWest Machinery presence on equipment purchases. Sells, rents and leases new and used aggregate equipment.
* Quotes and negotiates prices, delivers contracts and closes orders.
* Grows and develops relationships and customer loyalty to increase market share, total revenue and gross profit.
* Works with customers and potential customers to provide solutions to their equipment needs. Provides on-site expertise for demonstrations, machine inspections and technical support
* Attends training and sales meetings as required to stay current with new equipment and special promotions. Keeps accurate and up-to-date information in the Company's sales tracking system and controls sales expenses.
Qualifications:
* Five years of experience in aggregate equipment sales, preferred, but experience in a related equipment sector will be considered
* College degree preferred. Equipment sales experience may be substituted or combined with education.
* Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, online machine specification and ordering software and other internet-based programs.
* Ability to communicate clearly with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
* Ability to analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, general business periodical and governmental regulations. Ability to occasionally write business correspondence. Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. This ad is intended for applicants wishing to work in our North Spokane locations: Shadle Park, Hillyard, or N Division at the Y. The main responsibility of Domino's Pizza Delivery Driver is to deliver the orders to the designated locations on time. Punctuality and honesty is the attitude required from applicants for this position. Delivery Drivers are also expected to know how to read a basic road map. The orders must be delivered correctly and on time in a very courteous manner. It is also expected from Delivery Drivers to make sure that the delivery vehicles are well maintained before and after the shift. Delivery Drivers aid in food preparation, taking customer's orders, cleaning duties and rotating food shipments that include lifting up to 50 pounds. They must also be well versed when it comes to product details, services, charges, and other related important information which will be related to customers whenever it is needed.
While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be required to work outdoors in various temperatures, in a noisy environment, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust or toxic chemicals. This job can be physically demanding: the team member may be required to use hand repetitively, stand for prolonged periods, bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop or kneel.
Some specific duties of a Delivery Driver include:
- Pre-Delivery vehicle preparations

- Checking orders for quality and accuracy

We will ensure you are trained and have a positive learning experience when you join our team. Wage for all Delivery Drivers is minimum wage, which for 2026 is $17.13 an hour, plus whatever tips you make daily and currently $0.43 per mile driven on shift. Delivery Drivers must:
- Have attention to detail
- Have a sense of urgency in all aspects of the job
- Be customer focused with strong initiative
- Have cash management skills
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a driver's license valid under the laws of the state where the team member works, and have been licensed for two or more years
- Have an acceptable motor vehicle report/driving abstract, which includes no more than two moving violations and one accident in the last year. Anyone with a DUI or speeding ticket over 24 mph will not be considered for the position
- Be insured and have a satisfactory vehicle
- Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Be willing to learn and be comfortable being cross-trained and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed and work the above listed duties with reasonable accommodation if needed
