Capacity Management and Operations is a new team supporting multiple internal Client organizations. We manage their Capacity Management process, improving it where necessary, and provide operational support for the work pipeline. Our engineers help resolve capacity regression cases which save the Client millions in data center running costs per year. We also enable the most cutting edge work by aligning the demand and supply for critical infrastructure.
Quick learning is the most critical part of this job. Each internal Client org is different, most of them are using custom tools and have different needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cross-functional capacity management or operations, but must be open to navigate a steep learning curve. Experience with automation, scripting and coding will be a great asset. Good communication is a must.
Key tasks
- Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders in each Client org to manage their current and future needs
- Act as the owner of and actively develop the Capacity Management framework
- Collaborate cross-functionally on a daily basis with stakeholders from multiple Client orgs
- Support engineers in implementing the framework for each specific Client org case
- Support the Client orgs in capacity planning and building their capacity monitoring processes
- Act as a SPOC for non-standard requests related to Capacity Management and Operations service
- Report on team's performance
Qualifications / requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management
- Good understanding of capacity planning and monitoring
- Expert communication skills in English - both spoken and written - including being proactive about communication with team members and beyond the team
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic, large-scale environment
- Willingness to learn and the desire to gain knowledge and skills to constantly improve qualifications
- Some extent of flexibility to participate in oncall rotation and oncall handover meetings

Sr. Engineering Manager, AI/ML Serving Platform
The AI/ML Serving Platform team provides foundational tools and infrastructure used by hundreds of AI/ML engineers across Pinterest, including recommendations, ads, visual search, growth/notifications, trust and safety. Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to lead the team that builds the serving and deployment infrastructure for all AI/ML models at Pinterest. Systems include:
- Ultra-high-performance C++ model inference engine for production recommendations and content ranking systems. TorchScript + CUDA Graph models on GPU inference, serving 500+M inferences/second.
- Production GenAI & LLM model inference stack for emerging use cases.
- Model routing, deployment, monitoring. Kubernetes-based provisioning.

What you'll do

What You’ll Do:
As a Sr. Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing and growing new customer accounts in the legal community within an assigned territory. Each territory consists of a large base of small-mid law firms. You will utilize your prospecting and consultative selling skills, high energy and initiative to identify opportunities to provide FindLaw web-based marketing and advertising solutions. You will also be responsible to partner with our internal Account Management team related to the post-sales satisfaction and retention of existing FindLaw customers.
About the Role:
- Responsible for the attainment of sales targets and quota on a monthly basis in assigned territory.
- Consult with the client regarding web-based marketing strategies and solutions that will meet their business needs and will improve their ability to generate business.
- Strategically grow a customer base through prospecting and cold calling.
- Technical aptitude (MS Office, internet applications, ).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding existing and new clients to identify and resolve client concerns; establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
About You/Experience:
- Experience in outside sales in a professional B2B environment.
- Proven track record of sales success, fast growth and consistently achieving performance at 100%+.
- Previous sales experience in online/advertising environment a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Working knowledge of sales process, methods and techniques.
- Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products and/or services.
- Proven organization skills, effective time management skills and ability to work independently
Travel:
- Ability to be actively in the field on most business days with some overnight travel based on territory to various client sites.

Our Procurement team is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a Contractor: Procurement Operations Manager to build and standardize the enablement foundation that powers consistent, seamless experience for requesters and internal stakeholders. This role will own Procurement’s knowledge ecosystem—SOPs, templates, tools guidance, playbooks, and communications—so teams can execute faster, with clarity, and with the right controls.
In addition to content ownership, you will document current-state processes, identify where users experience the most friction, and translate those insights into clear enablement guidance and prioritized roadmaps (in partnership with process owners). You’ll partner across P2P, Source-to-Contract, T&E, and Contingent Labor to make Procurement easier to navigate, reduce rework, support compliance, and tell the story of Procurement’s impact and wins through crisp internal storytelling and data-informed narratives.

You’ll reduce friction for employees by creating the content and knowledge foundation people use, and you’ll help teams move faster by documenting processes, surfacing the biggest friction points, and turning them into prioritized enablement roadmaps. Responsibilities
- Own and standardize Procurement enablement materials across the lifecycle (SOPs, templates, playbooks, tools guidance, FAQs, training materials).
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for Procurement knowledge (information architecture, version control, governance, review cadence, approvals, and archival).
- Document end-to-end processes across P2P, S2C, T&E, and contingent labor by partnering with SMEs to capture current state, decision points, and handoffs.
- Identify top friction areas through stakeholder interviews, data intake, and cycle-time/rework signals; synthesize themes into clear problem statements and enablement implications.
- Translate friction into action by turning process insights into:
- Clear user guidance (decision trees, checklists, FAQs, what to expect” walkthroughs)
- Standardized templates and “golden” SOPs
- Prioritized enablement + documentation roadmaps aligned to business needs and compliance requirements (partnering with process owners for execution)
- Standardize SOPs, templates, and communications to reduce cycle time, minimize rework, and support compliance requirements.
- Develop internal communications that proactively notify stakeholders of process changes, enhancements, new tools/features, and key reminders (launch notes, release comms, “what changed” summaries).
- Create clear, user-friendly guidance for end users and internal teams (how-to guides, quick-starts, role-based documentation, training modules).
- Translate policy into practical guidance that aligns with cross-functional requirements (Security, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, HR) while remaining simple and usable.
- Use data for storytelling—turn metrics and insights into compelling narratives that highlight Procurement wins, improvements, and the evolving end-user experience.
- Own enablement content for key workflows (intake, approvals, contracting, supplier onboarding, invoicing, T&E) content and knowledge management ownership; not operational execution.
- Partner with SMEs and operators to capture tribal knowledge and convert it into durable, scalable documentation and training.
- Continuously improve the enablement experience through feedback loops, stakeholder interviews, content performance/usage analytics, and periodic content audits.
Required Skills
- 5+ years (or equivalent) in knowledge management, enablement, program/content management, operations, or process documentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to create and maintain SOPs, templates, playbooks, and training content that are clear, scalable, and adopted.
- Familiarity with Procurement domains: P2P, S2C, contracting, supplier onboarding, T&E, contingent labor (VNDLY).
- Experience with tools like Zip, Oracle, Ironclad, VNDLY, Navan (or comparable systems).
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex processes into crisp, user-friendly guidance.
- Experience building internal communications (change announcements, rollout comms, training notices) with action-oriented messaging.
- Ability to map/document processes and synthesize ambiguity into clean, structured artifacts (process maps, decision trees, swim lanes).
- Strong systems thinking and process orientation—ability to standardize, define ownership, and implement governance for content lifecycle management.
- Comfort using data and stakeholder feedback to identify friction, prioritize improvements, and craft narrative updates.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and high attention to detail.

Job Title: Content Strategist
Location: San Francisco, CA
Project Duration: 12 months with possible extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Management:
- Manage and update content on website and the employee intranet.
- Oversee content updates based on business and accessibility requirements.
- Review, approve, and troubleshoot content issues such as broken links, outdated PDFs, or poor translations.
Digital Accessibility & Translation Tool Implementation:
- Implement a new translation tool for the website.
- Ensure smooth user experiences for managing translations and operationalize the tool.
- Provide training to the website Communications team on the tool’s usage.
- Ensure that all content is accessible and meets digital accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1/2.2).
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including the Communications Office, IT Digital Services Team, and external partners, to launch projects like the Online Resource Directory for older adults and adults with disabilities.
- Monitor web traffic and make recommendations for future improvements based on user data.
- Coordinate training for content authors to ensure that content is simple, accessible, and aligned with website's style guides.
Digital Outreach & Marketing Campaign Support:
- Support digital outreach and marketing efforts by designing and managing campaign webpages.
- Set up page metrics and analyze web traffic to improve user experience for future campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Web Content Management & Editing:
- Proven experience as a web content manager and editor, with strong copywriting skills focused on accessibility, cultural competency, and user experience.
Drupal Experience:
- Experience with Drupal content management system, including managing content, configuring workflows, and ensuring site accessibility.
User Experience (UX) & Website Metrics:
- Knowledge of UX principles to create functional and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Experience analyzing website metrics and improving user experience based on data.
Digital Accessibility Standards:
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards and related accessibility tools.
Creative & Visual Design Skills:
