Responsibilities: As a Permanent Tax Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: 1.
Participating actively in business development initiatives and identifying new business opportunities.

Reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
3.
Leading and mentoring a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
4.
Managing a diverse book of business, demonstrating exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
5.
Staying updated on the latest tax regulations and legislation and implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance.
6.
Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall operations of the company.
7.
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring they align with the company's financial goals.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Tax Manager position should possess the following qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in public accounting.
2.
Proven experience in preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns.
3.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
4.
Demonstrated experience in business development, with a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A CPA designation is highly desirable.

Proficiency in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
