What will you do?
- Operate a mobile dessert cart engaging with fans and selling sweet treats.
- Collaborate with Suite Attendants to keep track of all orders and monetary situations and charges
- Prepare the dessert cart for events, including wiping the cart, gathering desserts, plates, serving utensils, and ice
- Account for all inventory on your cart and ensure it is fully restocked
- Validate methods of payment, complete transactions, provide documentation and receipts, and dispense the accurate amount of change if needed
- Thoroughly clean the cart at the end of the event

Functions in collaboration with the health care team in accordance with certification and licensure. Marymount Hospital is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for their Internal Medicine Service. This position will encompass care for patients on Med/Surg units. This position is full-time evenings and is subject to change at any time based on the Hospital's needs. The ideal candidate has direct experience performing comprehensive physical assessments and managing routine and complex medical conditions with a high level of autonomy. New graduate applicants would ideally have completed fellowship, inpatient clinical rotations, including internal medicine, during graduate training. Previous experience in inpatient medicine, inpatient consult services, critical care and/or EPIC is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts thorough medical histories, performs complete physical examinations (where indicated), initiates appropriate lab, radiology tests or other special tests required for evaluation of illness, and scrutinizes lab data to establish a record of the patient's current health status and to develop a working diagnosis and treatment plan. Works in collaboration with the health care team.
- Performs and interprets common laboratory, radiologic, cardiographic and other routine diagnostic procedures used to identify pathophysiologic processes as credentialed and privileged by the Medical Executive Committee and the Governing Body of the applicable hospitals.
- Performs routine and specialized procedures as credentialed and privileged by the Medical Executive Committee and the Governing Body of the applicable hospitals.
- May prescribe and monitor medications as allowed by license through applicable state board and Cleveland Clinic policies.
- Educates patients and answers questions regarding their disease, treatments, related drug and treatment side effects and hazards.
- Participates in medical team rounds; collaborates with nursing, medical and other healthcare team members regularly to ensure quality patient care.
- Refers patients to specialists as appropriate for consultation or for specialized health resources and treatment.
- Ensures continuity of care by serving as a liaison between patient and other members of the multi-disciplinary care team or with other specialty areas as necessary.

Job Summary
The Senior Paralegal, Charitable Planning & Administration role is a dual-function position that bridges Legal and Finance to support charitable planning, gift administration, and compliance. It advances the organization's goals by ensuring legally sound, well-coordinated charitable giving and gift administration processes while maintaining clear accountability within each department. As part of the Legal team, the role supports the General Counsel and Legal Counsel with legal services related to charitable giving, contracts, compliance, and legal operations, while also providing defined operational support to Finance. The position reports directly to the General Counsel, with finance-related work performed under the functional direction of the Vice President, Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure legally sound, donor-intent–aligned charitable giving and gift administration by integrating legal oversight, compliance, and operational execution across the lifecycle of complex gifts, estates, trusts, and funds.
- Advance organizational effectiveness and risk management by supporting high-quality legal services, contract governance, and compliance practices related to charitable planning, agreements, and foundation operations.
- Enable accurate, timely, and compliant gift administration by overseeing critical processes for gift receipt, allocation, acknowledgement, fund setup, and specialized fund transactions in close coordination with Legal, Finance, and Philanthropy.
- Strengthen cross-functional coordination and donor experience by serving as a trusted operational and legal partner to internal teams, donors, and external advisors, ensuring clarity, consistency, and responsiveness in donor transactions.

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training.
- Minimum five to seven years' experience in a paralegal, legal operations, trust and estate administration, charitable planning, or related role; nonprofit, finance, and/or in-house experience a plus.
- Demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing complex legal documents, including charitable gift agreements, fund agreements, estate and trust related documents, or comparable instruments.
- Working knowledge of estate planning, trusts, charitable giving vehicles, and donor-advised funds, including donor intent and compliance considerations.
- Experience supporting or coordinating estate and/or gift administration, receipting, or accounting-adjacent processes.

You'll work directly with clients on meaningful cases, including car crashes, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, and serious injury matters. Our partners, Allen Tittle, Scott Perlmuter, and Meghan Connolly regularly secure seven-figure results, and we're building an amazing team that's ready to keep that energy and momentum going.
What You'll Be Handling
As a key member of our litigation team, you will:
- Lead initial client consultations and evaluate case viability
- Handle your own docket of pre-litigation personal injury matters to resolve
- Help manage a caseload of complex, high-value personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including in litigation
- Manage discovery in litigation cases including drafting interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and requests for admissions to the opposing parties, tracking and following up on responses received, and responding to discovery propounded to firm clients.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on questions of law and incorporate findings into cogent persuasive legal writing for the court.
- Develop and execute strategic case plans, both pre-litigation and through trial, and demonstrate advanced case conceptualization and planning
- Negotiate top-dollar settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Take and defend depositions, and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Supervise and mentor support staff, including paralegals
- Maintain proactive, clear, and compassionate communication with clients
- Play an active role in shaping firm strategy and supporting growth through collaboration and leadership

Who You Are
- A licensed attorney in the state of Ohio
- Have 2-6+ years of experience handling personal injury cases
- A proven track record of success
- Tenacious, strategic, and highly organized — you take full ownership of your work and do so with grit
- Committed to growing as a litigator and contributing to a collaborative team
- Client-centered, detail-driven, and always striving to deliver above expectations

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Starting at $85,000 to $125,000 (commensurate with experience) with a bonus structure - if you are able to generate business or can get exceptional results, you will be paid as such.

What will you do?
- Paint, hang, and repair drywall as needed and install shelves, hooks, and closet rods
- Change light bulbs, replace fixtures, open clogged drains, and repair leaks
- Perform lawn maintenance including mowing and removing weeds
- Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep the maintenance room in neat condition
- Assist with loading or unloading trucks of maintenance parts and supplies
More about you
- No high school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in general maintenance and repair for commercial facility required
- Previous experience with heavy or agricultural machinery preferred
Physical requirements
- Frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, and kneeling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking 100% of the time
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
