Role Description:
The purpose of a Medical Assistant at Oak Street Health is to gather all necessary medical information regarding our patients to ensure providers have the most accurate information available when making healthcare decisions.
Medical Assistants (MA) report to the Practice Manager or Center Operations Specialist. They are a vital element of our model and important members of our Care Teams. Being an MA at Oak Street Health requires high levels of flexibility, energy, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. You will be expected to build relationships with Oak Street Health members. Medical Assistants will collaborate closely with their teammates to ensure an unmatched patient experience while driving clinical results. As an MA you will accomplish this by assisting in the assessment of patients’ health conditions, through screenings and routine diagnostic testing performed during appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an efficient patient flow; room patients in a timely manner, complete vital signs, complete required screenings and complete medication reviews
- Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms
- Respond to patient requests for telephonic support (Lab results, faxing records to specialists, etc.)
- In accordance with state regulations, MAs may administer vaccinations, perform point of care tests including but not limited to: A1C, spirometry, EKGs, blood draws for lab testing, etc.
- Import required documents into EMR via scanning or PDF upload.
- Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient care and clinic operations
- Process orders for durable medical equipment
- Request medical records from external providers as required by the provider
- As required, conduct routine quality control checks including infection control measures, equipment, and checks for expired medication and supplies and/or assist in maintaining center lab
- Other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for
Required Qualifications:
- State or national certification (as required by state), or graduation from an accredited medical assistant course
- 1 year experience as a medical assistant
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Electronic Medical Record experience
- Computer skills: Ability to quickly navigate and use multiple computer programs to include, but not limited to: Gmail, MS Word or Google Docs, Excel or Google Sheets, etc.
- Proficiency in non-English languages as required by the center's demographics.
- US work authorization
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years in a Medical Assistant role
- Successful mastery of the workflow in their previous MA position
- An appetite for expanded responsibilities, greater clinical experience, and a chance to truly make an impact in their patients’ lives
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience working with geriatric patients

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Description:
The SPT I is responsible for general support functions within the Specimen Processing Department. This position requires a data entry background.
Functions performed may include but are not limited to A-station, presort, pickup and delivery of processed specimens to the laboratory, imaging/microfilming, centrifugation and aliquoting.
All functions must be performed with confidence, accuracy and in a timely manner. Job is complex and requires that employee have good organization skills and is able to learn and understand specimen types related to test(s) ordered by client.
The SPT I must have to the ability learn and understand the compliance regulations related to test ordering which may change on a daily basis. This position is critical to quality for customer satisfaction.
Additionally, since many changes do occur from day to day, great flexibility on the part of the SPT I is required. The SPT I will be exposed to many different demands made by the customer.
Majority of SPT I work on the nightshift but based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, on call and overtime availability is a requirement.
Department is a production environment, with emphasis on productivity/quality standards and departmental completion times.
Position requires data background with abilities to enter 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hour. Works in a biohazard environment, practicing good safety habits.

As a Software Development Engineer in Test, your Responsibility will be working with software engineers to build advanced test suites, create new test harnesses, automate testing and create automated test systems to explore and validate the functional correctness and performance capabilities of our software, as well as their interaction with other systems and infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead complex, large‐scale, multi‐site exterior signage programs valued at $3M–$10M+ annually, often involving accelerated timelines or heightened client visibility.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing lead, ensuring clarity of expectations, proactive communication, and alignment of project outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Translate customer goals into actionable project plans, ensuring cross‐functional teams (design, permitting, manufacturing, installation, logistics) operate in coordination.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk mitigation plans with minimal oversight.
- Anticipate operational challenges and implement solutions that drive efficiency, reduce cost, and maintain high quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications, permitting requirements, safety standards, and installation best practices common to exterior signage projects.
- Influence internal and external partners—including operations, procurement, field services, and third‐party vendors—to maintain momentum and resolve obstacles.

- Industry knowledge of exterior signage manufacturing, permitting, and installation processes preferred.
- 7+ years project management experience, preferably in exterior signage, construction, or multi-site deployments.
- Proven track record managing large-scale or national programs with complex execution requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to customer executives and internal senior leadership.

United Protective Technologies is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team in the high-performance coatings industry. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our PVD and DLC coating services across a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, firearms, medical, and metal forming.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets for PVD and DLC coating services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; maintain long-term, strategic relationships.
- Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact and quoting to closing, onboarding, and after-sales support.
- Technical Consultations: Work with engineering and production teams to provide technically sound proposals, advise on material compatibility, and ensure coating specifications meet customer requirements.
- Quoting and Pricing: Prepare and present accurate quotations; negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and innovation.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM; provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer engineering drawings/specs.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Technical understanding of thin film coatings.
- Blueprint and Spec Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, coating specifications, and tolerances.
- Pipeline Management: Experience managing a sales pipeline of 30–50 active accounts with varying revenue potential and project complexity
Education/Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years in technical sales or account management, preferably in surface treatments, coatings, or manufacturing services.
- Familiarity with PVD coatings or similar technologies (e.g., plating, anodizing, heat treatment) is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field preferred.
