Benefits Operations and Administration Oversee day-to-day global benefits operations, including vendor management, plan administration, and annual renewals.

Governance and Compliance Prepare and present benefits strategy, program changes, and renewals for Benefit Committee approval.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations, laws, and reporting requirements in each country of operation.

Employee Communication and Education Lead the communication of benefits offerings to employees through multiple channels (e.g., open enrollment, onboarding, intranet).
Optimize infrastructure and support to ensure employees understand and can maximize the value of their benefits.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred; Master's or relevant certification (e.g., CEBS, GPHR) a plus.
Minimum 3 5 years of progressive experience in global benefits strategy and operations, preferably within the biotech or life sciences industry.

Administrative Assistant
Location: St. Louis Park, MN (Fully Onsite)
Compensation: $40,000-$55,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite

About the Role
An established accounting firm in St. Louis Park is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist our accounting team. This role is ideal for someone proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment. You will play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, supporting both internal staff and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls; manage voicemail and client messages.
- Provide administrative support to accountants and leadership, including scheduling, document preparation, and filing.
- Organize, scan, and maintain electronic and physical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with assembling tax returns, financial statements, and client packets.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including certified and time-sensitive documents.
- Coordinate office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage vendor relationships.
- Support billing activities by preparing invoices, tracking payments, and updating internal systems.
- Help maintain office organization, meeting room readiness, and general workflow efficiency.
- Assist with special projects during peak accounting periods (tax season, year-end, audits).
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of administrative, office, or receptionist experience (professional services or accounting firm experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and client information.
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
