About the Role We’re looking for a Quality Manager to establish, lead, and continuously improve the Quality and Food Safety Systems at our New Century facility.

In this critical leadership role, you will ensure that all Flora Food Group products meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and excellence—aligned with FSMA, GFSI, and Flora’s global quality expectations.

What You’ll Do Quality & Food Safety Leadership Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality and Food Safety Systems in accordance with FSMA and Flora Food Group standards.

Serve as the expert for all site Quality Assurance, food safety, and compliance programs.

Lead the cross‑functional Food Safety Team to maintain a robust, GFSI‑compliant system.

Manage microbiological programs, analyze trends, and proactively address issues.

Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audits, including AIB and FSSC 22000; prepare corrective actions and documentation.

Monitor and analyze key quality KPIs such as Cost of Non‑Quality, Right‑First‑Time, complaints per million units, and microbiological trends.

Provide day‑to‑day supervision for the Quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance Drive continuous improvement using WCM methodologies, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Reduce consumer complaints and product non‑conformances through improved processes and operational discipline.

Optimize recipe control, minimize overfill, and reduce raw material variances.

Champion GMP, food safety, and SHE initiatives across the site.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Production to build quality awareness and provide training.

Integrate Quality into operational decisions as part of the site leadership team.

Collaborate with Warehouses, Procurement, Supply Planning, Contractors, and R&D on quality-related initiatives.

Provide technical support for product changes, inquiries, and consumer feedback.

Team Leadership Hire, train, and develop the site Quality team.

Build a culture focused on excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Regulatory & Market Support Support compliance across domestic and export markets in alignment with all regulatory and customer requirements.

About You Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety within a food manufacturing environment.

Proven experience managing QA in an FDA‑ or USDA‑regulated plant.

Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining GFSI schemes such as SQF, BRC, or FSSC 22000.

Experience supervising or leading teams (3+ years of manager experience preferred).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence across all levels of the organization.

Strong understanding of microbiological programs, compliance systems, and quality metrics.

As a nurse for our inpatient rehab unit at our destination rehab center, you will provide care to a variety of conditions and treatment plans including; stroke, neuro, spine, transplant and trauma rehab patients. This medical surgical nurse position performs assessments, administers medications, IV therapy, care planning and more while collaborating with various care team members including therapists, providers, and other ancillary departments. Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

  • Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
  • Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
  • Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
  • Teaches patients/families/caregivers about any non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy diet and exercise, disease prevention, and/or other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management.
What qualifications you will need:
  • Graduate of accredited nursing school, ADN or BSN required. 
  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation, 
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required. Current AHA ACLS to be obtain within 90 days of hire; NIH Stroke training to be completed successfully within 90 days of hire; TNCC REQUIRED within 6 months of hire. ENPC REQUIRED within 6 months of hire. PALS is Preferred. 
  • 1-year minimum ER experience preferred.

Under the general direction of the Cardiology Nurse Manager, the Electrophysiology Nurse Clinician works with electrophysiologist performing nursing activities as related to the Cardiovascular laboratory.
