As a Driver, you'll play a vital role in delivering our products safely and efficiently to various stores and warehouses. Our focus on safety and timely deliveries is paramount, ensuring our customers receive quality products.

Responsibilities and duties:

* Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of your equipment?(tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to always guarantee safety.

* Completes daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.

* Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

Job Specific Requirements:

* Must have a CDL-Class A license and having at least one year of proven safe driving experience.

* Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.

* Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).

* You must successfully pass our drug test, MVR, and background check.

What You'll Need as a Driver CDL:

* Customer-oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers.

* Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions. DOT requirement to check the last 10 years.

* Familiarity with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.

* Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.

* Proficiency in using a smart phone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times. Able to use a scanner and log deliveries.

* Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.

* Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.

We are seeking a Field Calibration Technician to support our client in the Waukesha, WI area. We are seeking innovative problem solvers who can provide creative service solutions to our customers. Calibration Technicians perform routine and complex work related to the repair and calibration of test, measurement and diagnostic equipment.

Location: onsite in Waukesha, WI

Compensation: $28-35/hr

Employment type: 1 year contract

Schedule: M-F, day shift

Responsibilities Include:

• Achieves customer satisfaction through completion of calibration services within expected timeframes, as per customer agreements and targets per metrics/KPIs
• Accurately enters data into tracking database
• May occasionally perform final inspection of work completed by other technicians,
• Creates calibration data sheets accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision based upon instrument specifications and approved calibration procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Required: 4-6 years of related experience

• Ability to work on assignments that are semi routine in nature but recognize the need to perform calibration by alternate, acceptable methods.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications with an emphasis on Excel required.
• Ability to travel as needed for personal skill enhancement and training; as well as, to fully support the customer calibration requirements.
• Must meet requirements to drive a company vehicle (Valid driver's license and clean driving record).
• Capable of lifting (50 pounds) unassisted.

The Maintenance Mechanic - Packaging will be responsible of performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging equipment and related infrastructure.Reporting to Manager of Packaging & Technology, the Maintenance Mechanic - Packaging is responsible for assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining packaging equipment, apparatus, and fixtures using hand and power tools. Additionally, they will perform preventive and corrective maintenance while driving equipment improvements. Responsibilities:

• Monitors packaging equipment for proper operation, makes adjustments and repairs to optimize machine performance.
• Inspects equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Observes and diagnoses malfunctioning machines, systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown or operational problem.
• Clean, lubricate, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment.
• Disassembles machinery to inspect defects and replace compromised components. Reassemble machinery according to manufacturer's procedures.
• Ability to repair and fabricate components using shop machine tools and applicable welding techniques.
• Conducts inspection of and routine preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent (HSED/GED). An AAS degree in robotics, industrial maintenance or technology is a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience relating to industrial mechanical repairs.
• Minimum one (1) year of trades training in industrial maintenance or other technical discipline.
• Must be flexible with off-shift work schedule and overtime/weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Requires good knowledge of the process equipment and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Requires teamwork ability; works well with others and communicates effectively with all associates.
• Requires the ability to train and coach others for success.

Skills:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematic and mechanical drawings.
