Position Details :

  • Harris Women's Care is an established, hospital employed practice located in Sylva, North Carolina
  • Join three OB/GYNs and five CNMs
  • Call will be 1:4
    • Requirement will be eight days per month
    • CNMs take first call during the week
    • Physicians take first call on the weekend
  • HRH averages 650 deliveries per year
  • Hospital Perks:
    • Level II Nursery, Neonatologist onsite, established MFM referral patterns in place
    • Anesthesia coverage with 30-minute response time
    • Dedicated OR on L&D unit
    • OR is equipped with the following:
      • Stryker 4K Video Towers with Spy PHI Technology

      • Novasure Endometrial Ablation Unit
      • Enseal Device
      • Berkeley Suction Machine - 1 in C-Section OR and 1 in Main OR
      • Surgical Smoke Free OR effective 1/1/26

    • Located directly across from the hospital

    • In office point of care testing available
    • Satellite clinics in Bryson City and Franklin
