Rehabilitation Technician
Summary: The Rehabilitation Technician assists therapists with non-resident related activities and with direct resident care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transport residents to and from the treatment area as scheduled
- Prepare the environment and equipment for patient treatment
- Assist with treatment as directed by therapists
- Participate in facility and departmental meetings as appropriate
- Maintain inventory of therapy equipment and supplies
- Maintain appropriate patient records as directed by Reliant's management of records or soft files policy
- Be compliant with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocol within the facility
- Maintain confidentiality of Reliant Rehabilitation, facility, and patient information
- Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, and responsible manner at all times

Our client is seeking contract attorneys barred and in good standing in any state with 1+ years of litigation experience to Work Remotely on a 1 plus year assignment. As a Hearing Representative, you will represent our client throughout the entire special education claims process—from intake to resolution or settlement.
Pay Rates:
- 1 to 7 years of experience: $41.75/hour
- 7+ years of experience: $43.75/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage a high-volume caseload of 100–200 special education claims, ensuring timely and effective handling.

Job Description
EVERSANA has partnered with Shionogi Inc. to build a virtual team to support an anticipated launch in Primary Care. The Shionogi Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for the commercialization of Shionogi therapies via teleconference and/or telephone to selected health care offices and providers. They will provide impactful key clinical information and educational materials as part of their remote engagements. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of tasks: white space coverage, vacant territory coverage, as well as partnering with Shionogi employees to ensure stakeholder needs are addressed appropriately. The VSRs will create positive virtual interactions and foster appropriate growth for Client’s product(s). Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and have polished marketing and commercial acumen to meaningfully engage office stakeholders and develop trusting healthcare provider relationships within those offices. Those skill sets will also be needed to explain the details of assigned products as well as addressing questions and concerns in order to ensure appropriate therapeutic use. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Position Summary:
The Entry-Level Account Manager supports the Sales strategy by managing day-to-day interactions with existing customers while learning the fundamentals of account management in a manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on protecting the existing core business and develop a basic understanding of customer ordering behavior, product offerings, pricing structures, and internal systems, while providing responsive and professional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with assigned customer accounts to support ongoing relationships.
- Assist customers with product requests and basic account needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Research and understand customer ordering patterns, preferences, and purchasing history.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of customer-specific products, pricing, and configurations.
- Support product quoting by gathering required information, and prepare preliminary quotes.
- Learn pallet configuration requirements to ensure accurate ordering, packaging, and shipping.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer information, orders, and communications.
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up tasks within internal systems.
- Assist with order entry as needed
- Review, vet, and qualify inbound leads
- Qualified leads shall be passed to Business Development Manager for HOT prospects
- Act as back-up Supply Chain Administrator, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email presence.
- Ability to learn and understand manufactured products, pricing structures, and customer-specific requirements.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to navigate and accurately input data into CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, quoting, and customer records.

SUMMARY
Experienced HR leader needed to oversee full-scope human resources functions within a brand pharmaceutical environment. This role supports organizational growth by managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance processes, and policy development. The position offers strong professional visibility, the chance to influence HR strategy, and growth potential for someone advancing toward higher-level HR leadership.
Must have brand pharmaceutical industry experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure HR policies and procedures stay current, compliant, and aligned with employment regulations.
• Guide staffing strategies, recruitment activity, and talent acquisition processes to support organizational goals.
• Develop, implement, and refresh HR programs and guidelines, ensuring managers and employees are properly trained.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring operations, including role approvals, applicant review, agency coordination, offer processes, onboarding, and progress tracking.
• Partner on safety, environmental, and security program initiatives as needed.
• Support HR budgeting, workforce planning, talent development, and progression planning efforts.
• Manage employee relations matters such as investigations, corrective actions, performance issues, recognition programs, leave situations, and separation activities.
• Maintain updated organizational charts and accurate job profiles across all business units.
• Assist with benefits program administration, evaluation of vendors, and annual plan reviews.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Review compensation and benefit structures to ensure competitiveness and help attract and retain top talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent progressive HR experience.
• Minimum five years of HR experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Required: prior experience in a brand pharmaceutical organization.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Clear communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
