We’re looking for a Technical Services Coordinator to oversee biomedical and field service technicians while managing several complex equipment programs. In this role, you’ll coordinate technician activities, maintain equipment readiness, oversee inventory, ensure accurate and timely documentation, and support customer‑facing operational needs. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support biomedical and field service technicians to ensure timely inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Manage equipment readiness across multiple complex programs, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate documentation, service records, and regulatory paperwork.
- Oversee parts and supply inventory, including requisitions and purchase orders.
- Support customer-facing operations and partner with teams to identify service growth opportunities.
- Train and coach technicians to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in Applied Science (electronics or biomedical equipment technology preferred); equivalent military training accepted.
- 1+ year of technical experience.
- Understanding of healthcare environments, hospital operations, and medical equipment manufacturers.
- Experience with medical equipment preventive maintenance, repair, and reading schematics.
- Proficiency with test equipment and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/push up to 75 lbs.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide direct therapy to students with special needs including but not limited to development, implementation and maintenance of designated instructional programs, conducting regular assessments, and developing or adjusting individualized education plan (IEP) goals as needed.
‖ Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing student-specific occupational therapy services as outlined in each Individualized Education Program (IEP), including adherence to frequency, duration, and service location requirements.
- Completing comprehensive assessment reports within state- and district-mandated timelines to support data-driven educational planning.
- Communicating evaluation results and individualized therapy recommendations to families, educational staff, students (as appropriate), and related agencies, with appropriate consent from the student’s legal guardian.
- Planning and developing targeted therapeutic goals that are educationally relevant and seamlessly integrated into each student’s academic program.
- Conducting ongoing reassessments and modifying therapy objectives based on evolving student needs and progress toward educational outcomes.
- Monitoring the fidelity of therapy implementation and collaborating with and training educators, paraprofessionals, and other support staff involved in occupational therapy interventions.
- Documenting student progress through timely and accurate reporting in alignment with district standards and program guidelines.
- Participating in IEP meetings to share data-informed insights, progress updates, and goal recommendations to support individualized planning.
- Creating a supportive, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment tailored to each student’s sensory, physical, and cognitive needs.
- Evaluating progress toward therapy goals and determining when students are ready to transition from or discontinue occupational therapy services.
- Facilitating professional development sessions and in-service trainings to enhance the capacity of occupational therapy staff and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participating in training school personnel on the effective use of assistive technology and adaptive equipment, while maintaining proper documentation of use and outcomes.
- Attending and actively engaging in all required team meetings, trainings, and professional collaboration forums.
- Performing additional duties as assigned, contributing positively to the overall success of the student services team.
‖ Qualifications Required:
- Master's degree or higher in occupational therapy or a closely related field of study.
- Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a state occupational therapy (OT) credential.
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training.
- Prior experience and/or highly knowledgeable in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in an alternative, special education and/or behavioral health program setting.
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, emotional behavioral disorders and/or other related disabilities.
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in working with students with individualized education plans (IEP's).
- Proven success in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
- Proficiency in providing motivation and having critical conversations with students that help move them toward realistic goals.
- Ability to think and act quickly and calmly in an emergency and make independent decisions.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of staff members, students, parents and the public.
- Advanced oral and written communication, organization, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making ability.
- Well-versed in the use of relevant technology including experience with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment.

About the Role
As a Business Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in keeping our fast-moving team running smoothly—from coordinating product shipments and managing our Shopify store to planning team events and supporting the cofounders on strategic projects. We’re looking for someone who moves quickly, leans on AI tools to work smarter, and has a sharp eye for design and detail. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience across every facet of a growing cybersecurity startup.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage physical shipments of security products to customers, including tracking orders, preparing packages, and communicating delivery timelines
- Help manage and maintain the company’s Shopify store, including inventory tracking, product listings, and order fulfillment
- Plan and coordinate team events and travel logistics
- Support the cofounders on a variety of strategic and operational projects as priorities evolve
- Manage office supply and snack ordering to keep the team well-stocked and happy

Qualifications

What You'll Do

POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Talent and Career Strategy team, the Senior Paralegal provides advanced legal support throughout all phases of complex litigation and investigations while overseeing and directing the work of junior and midlevel paralegals. This role combines high-level case management responsibilities with team leadership, workflow coordination, and quality oversight. The Senior Paralegal will also play a critical role in fact development, evidence preservation, regulatory response, and risk mitigation. The Senior Paralegal operates with a high degree of autonomy, manages multiple matters at once, and serves as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, and external vendors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Litigation, Investigation, & Case Management Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all stages of large, complex litigation matters from inception through post-trial, including attending and supporting depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
- Apply advanced knowledge of federal and state procedural rules and electronic filing requirements; implement and maintain case calendaring and docketing systems, ensure accuracy of key dates, and provide guidance on court-related procedural questions.
- Prepare templates and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and related legal documents; assist with proofreading, legal cite-checking, Bluebook compliance, and case law retrieval.

- Assist attorneys with document collection, Relativity database setup, and management, including document production.
- Perform complex data analysis, tracking, and discovery management within Relativity, including document review and database searches.
- Prepare, organize, and manage exhibits and trial materials, including pleadings, witness preparation materials, trial notebooks, deposition designations, demonstratives, and digital courtroom presentations (e.g., Trial Director, OnCue).
- Assist attorneys with internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and compliance reviews.
- Assist attorneys with preparing materials for witness interviews, including pulling documents from Relativity and organizing materials into binders for witness interviews.
Leadership & Training Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior and midlevel paralegals assigned to your matters.
- Review documents and filings of other teams members for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with paralegal onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify stretch assignments for more junior members of the team to build advanced litigation or investigative skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in an AmLaw 100 or specialized litigation firm, with demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills appropriate for a senior-level role.
- Expert knowledge of Federal and relevant State procedural rules and electronic filing requirements, with strong familiarity with Federal and State court rules, case management systems, and e-filing databases.
- Experience drafting pleadings, and discovery requests and responses, with proficiency in legal cite-checking and Bluebook standards.
- Working knowledge of docketing applications (e.g., CompuLaw, PACER), litigation support and transcript management tools (e.g., TextMap, CaseMap, Opus2, NetDocuments), and document review/e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), legal research platforms (e.g. LexisNexis, Westlaw), and document management/PDF tools (e.g. Kofax, Adobe Acrobat).
