Hospital is looking to hire a non-operative sports medicine fellowship physician for our well-established practice located in Northeast Nebraska. This physician's role would continue to grow the practice of non-operative sports medicine focused orthopedic practice and contribute towards current and future athletic partnerships within the area. Our orthopedic team consists of three physicians, one podiatrist and a full team of skilled advanced practice providers. The position will evaluate, diagnose and treat patients presenting with a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal illness and injury, including limb and back pain and reduced mobility and function.

Eligible physician will be BE/BC in sports medicine. Position requires MD/DO, Residency in IM, EM, FM, Peds, and Neuromusculoskeletal or rehab medicine with a fellowship in sports medicine.

Hospital provides athletic training (nine athletic trainers) services to several schools (12 high schools and 1 community college) in and around the city. The growing team of athletic trainers has a long history of providing quality health care for area athletes. The experienced and professional staff of full-time, certified athletic trainers can meet the needs of area athletes and their families. Their goal is to keep athletes safe and ready for competition in the most efficient manner possible.

In October 2021, the hospital broke ground on its new 260,000 square foot, $55M fieldhouse. The fieldhouse is an extension of the hospital's mission to enhance community wellness. It will offer indoor and outdoor fitness and recreation areas, including tennis courts, a football field, a soccer field, basketball courts, batting cages, youth activities spaces, a suspended track for walking and running and more. Expected completion is early 2024.

With the addition of the new fieldhouse, Hospital has added a Sports Performance Center and hired a performance & training director.

The US national base salary range for this position is from

$39,200.00 - $72,800.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.

We are looking for an experienced entrepreneurial Sales Executive to drive new business growth within a commission-based role. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales and Business Development (The Hunter Role)
  • Aggressively identify, develop, and secure new accounts that align with the company’s premium market position and philosophy.
  • Strive to consistently add greater value and profitable sales growth for the organization.
  • Establish and maintain new business development programs, including lead generation, customer presentations, and new market penetration.
  • Maximize sales volume by circulating and developing contacts across different departments and divisions at existing accounts.

  • Client Management and Service

  • Assist the customer in planning jobs by offering creative and technical expertise on design, layout, file format, print specifications, and finishing requirements.
  • Develop marketing profiles on key accounts and maintain a detailed, up-to-date client database (e.g., ACT).
  • Project Coordination and Administration
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Account Service and the Project Management/Production team on all job activities, ensuring planning, technical aspects, schedules, and timely delivery are harmonized with the customer’s deadline dates.
  • Obtain complete and accurate customer job specifications for estimating.
  • Close sales based upon the final estimate and selling price approved by the Estimating department and executive management.
  • Review completed proposals from Account Service for accuracy before submission.
  • Ensure that credit approval is obtained on all new clients before order entry.
  • Participate in collection activity as required and communicate all billing issues to the Finance department promptly. REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field and/or equivalent sales experience.
  • 5+ years of proven, successful experience selling custom printing, premium packaging, or a related high-value manufacturing solution.
  • Thorough knowledge of printing techniques, production processes, sales, and negotiating techniques.
  • A career objective demonstrating a long-term commitment and exceptional character, ethics, and integrity.
  • High levels of self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity, and intelligence, essential for success in a commission-based role.
  • Strong communication skills, with a specific emphasis on building deep personal and long-term business relationships.

About the Role


The Online Sales Consultant (OSC) is responsible for managing incoming leads generated through Epcon’s community websites and digital platforms. Serving as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers who begin their journey online, this role qualifies prospects, schedules appointments, and effectively communicates the Epcon brand, communities, and home offerings.

This is a sales-focused, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in structured sales environments, values prompt follow-up, and enjoys engaging with buyers through phone, email, and technology-driven communication.


What You'll Do


Sales & Lead Management (80%)

  • Respond immediately to online registrations to engage potential buyers without delay
  • Answer questions and provide information regarding Epcon Communities, floor plans, the homebuying process, and current advertised promotions
  • Nurture “coming soon” and VIP leads to support successful community launches and sales transitions
  • Qualify prospects and diligently follow up to secure appointments with Epcon Sales Consultants
  • Execute warm hand-offs and follow-up with prospects after appointments are completed
  • Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to re-engage inactive or unresponsive prospects
  • Manage all leads, prospects, and buyers within Epcon’s CRM and sales systems
  • Track, analyze, and report conversion metrics to support performance improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support branding standards and initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitors, technology trends, and economic factors impacting home sales


Digital & Marketing Support (20%)

  • Partner with the Marketing team to stay informed on current campaigns and community updates
  • Ensure websites and digital platforms reflect accurate and timely information
  • Perform CRM and software cleanup as needed to maintain data accuracy


What We're Looking For


Education & Experience

  • Proven success as an Online Sales Consultant or in a similar inside sales role
  • Homebuilding or real estate industry experience preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems, call tracking software, and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of a structured sales process, including lead qualification and appointment setting
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Process-oriented with a commitment to consistent systems and best practices
  • Knowledge of Epcon Communities, products, and competitive landscape (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Understanding of and adherence to Fair Housing Guidelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and WordPress
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable and confident on the phone
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities


Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Optional overtime available as business needs require
  • Hybrid position with 10% travel (Community visits, plus annual conferences)


Compensation & Benefits

  • $55,000 annual base salary + commission & bonus opportunities
