The Sr. Quality Data Analyst will be responsible for leading and overseeing operational workflows within the Health Care Quality Analytics team. Our client’s office services team performs a variety of activities that collectively contribute to the functionality and appearance of the office.
The Office Services Assistant will play an integral customer service-focused role supporting office services, facilities, reception, on-site technical support, event management, and connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- You will perform a variety of on-site administrative and hands-on/physical duties, including but not limited to, cleaning of conference rooms, common areas, offices, desks and café/communal areas; and moving of furniture and equipment to support meetings, events, and daily office use.

Looking to hire an individual within the Investor Relations group, focused on Investor and Onboarding Services for an important new engagement. This individual will focus primarily on subscription support for new and existing investors.
Responsibilities
- Provide support throughout onboarding of new and existing investors for an important new engagement model
- Support a high-profile fund manager and distributor in their fundraising efforts by assisting their clients through the subscription process, with a strong dedication to successful client outcomes.
Qualifications:
• At least 5+ years of executive administrative experience preferably in a corporate setting (supporting C-suite level)
• Demonstrated ability to use judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues.
• Strong experience in scheduling and managing a complex, demanding, and constantly changing schedule
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other virtual platforms.

Description:
- The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- The PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner.
- The PSR I will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information.
- Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment.
- Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
- Maintains required records and documentation.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
- *Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.*
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED. One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
- Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
