As an Oncology Account Executive, you will take charge and develop complete ownership of your territory and territory relationships.

The total compensation range for this role is $220,000 - $240,000. This is based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/ geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus quota.

CLINICAL THERAPIST POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Therapist for sex offender treatment is responsible for providing sex offender specific and related treatment services to patients within the facility.

CLINICAL THERAPIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

In collaboration with the patient, develop monitor and, when clinically indicated modify individualized treatment plans to reflect therapeutic needs/goals.

- Prior clinical experience working with sexual offenders and an understanding of the dynamics of sexual deviance, is preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant research literature, clinical assessments, procedures and methods, particularly those designed for sexual offenders, is preferred.

HVAC Technician


The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.


The HVAC Technician troubleshoots equipment, performs maintenance, repairs and installs HVAC Building and Data Center systems and equipment, supports the operation of the Facilities Emergency Management Systems. This role provides back up support for all other trades, such as electrical, plumbing, roofing, general construction, grounds, irrigation, and snow removal. They also participate in an on call program, responding to emergency call during and after hours and working overtime for snow removal and other building related needs.


Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Trouble shoot, maintain, repair and install HVAC systems and equipment at the TJX Buildings and Data Center Facility. This equipment includes pumps, motors, water source heat pumps, cooling towers, boilers, roof top units, unit heaters and chillers.
  • Work with other skilled trades such as electrical, plumbing, general construction, grounds, irrigation and snow removal. Respond to emergency calls as part of an on-call program and participate in any activity necessary to keep the Facility operating properly.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and repair the Energy Management System software and hardware controlling the Home Office complex.
  • Oversee contractors working in the facility to insure the quality of work and minimize the disruption to the facility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 5 years as an HVAC Technician
  • 2 years in service and troubleshooting of commercial buildings
  • 2 years with experience in operating energy management systems
  • Technical or trade school education in heating, ventilating and air conditioning
  • Required to hold a Refrigeration Technician License with the state
  • Required to have a Universal Refrigerant Certification

What You'll Do

The AVPD Global Talent Management is responsible for the talent Roll-Up process with the CEO, Succession Planning and Board Reporting. Works in partnership with the CHRO and HR SVPs to provide HRSLT meeting management and facilitation support, ensuring the meeting approach set forth by the TJX CHRO is operationalized. Partners across GTM with fellow AVPs to inform GTM talent strategies and Associate engagement and development, while keeping the primary focus on the data that informs executive talent pipeline globally and executive succession planning.


Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Leads, develops and maintains programmatic Executive Development and Executive Education to ensure the highest quality of development solutions designed to help executives be successful in their roles. Ensuring HRBPs/Talent Leads have the fluency, consistency and equal access to effectively support executive development.
  • Provides support for the global succession planning process – inclusive of data validation and insights, facilitates and manages the divisional roll-ups to CEO to ensure alignment with expectations, is accountable for talent data and status of key position back-ups reported to the Board of Directors.
  • Provides meeting management support to the CHRO for HRSLT meetings, inclusive of agenda design and meeting facilitation.
  • Supports the strategy for HR succession and development strategy including ensuring TJX has an HR pipeline for now and for the future.
  • Plays critical, active role on Global Talent Management leadership team; mentor, coach and support the development of the ED team / GTM Associates.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Reporting into the Senior Vice President, Corporate Human Resources, the Assistant Vice President, HR Business Partner will provide thought leadership, strategic counsel, advisory and consultative services to business leaders across the corporate organizations, both domestically and internationally, as appropriate.


Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of related HR business and management experience with experience developing and implementing strategic talent initiatives

  • Demonstrated agility in learning and adapting strategies to market realities

The Tax Manager reports directly to the Assistant Vice President of Employment & Environmental Tax and manages 2 Analysts. The team supports TJX's global mobility finance and employment tax processes, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations while supporting associates on assignment. Acting as a key liaison across Tax, Payroll, Treasury, Finance Shared Services, HR, and Legal, the position provides technical expertise and guidance on global mobility, expatriate taxation, employment tax matters and reward & benefit programs.


What You'll Do:

Global Mobility:

  • Ensure timely and accurate information for expatriate and localized associates’ tax returns.
  • Oversee compensation reporting and local payroll tax withholdings.
  • Manage corporate and individual obligations under the Global Mobility Program.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Review and approve tax equalization calculations and related payments/credits.
  • Act as primary contact with tax authorities for expatriate-related issues.
  • Develop annual expatriate budgets and update as needed.
  • Provide robust and accurate accounting advice and solutions for all non-routine transactions to the local country legal entities
  • Support payroll related expat GL accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare tax equalization accrual reconciliations.
  • Act as finance SME for domestic relocation policies.


Employment Tax:

  • Partner with and provide support to Legal and HR on reward and benefit programs.

  • Support local accounting and payroll teams in accurate employment tax reporting.

  • 5+ years of relevant income tax or global mobility tax experience in international environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related equivalent preferred
  • CPA or Master’s in Taxation or Accounting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and managerial skills to lead professional staff

This position has a starting salary range of $103,900.00 to $134,900.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
