Responsible for protecting the Associates, assets and brands of TJX US by monitoring US facilities and responding to incidents as they occur. This monitoring will take place 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays is essential. This is a role that requires a hands-on and agile approach to learning new skills and keeping up with technology.

3rd Shift (11pm-7am) and 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) 5 day schedule/7 day availability

The main duties to be completed within the role of GIS SOC Operator include but not limited to the following:

• Effective and accurate management and prioritization of alarm activations across a variety of platforms in accordance with procedure across the TJX US facilities
• Responsible for all control room operations, including CCTV review.
• Ensure that all incidents are dealt with, logged and communicated in accordance with procedures
• Provide operational support to the GIS SOC Specialists, Supervisors, or appropriate Managers
• Support major incident command, control and crisis management and provide recommendations.
• Knowledge of how to use security and fire alarm systems
• Must be able to be contacted while on shift
• Be open and willing to undertake new training across GIS SOC functions. This may require an adjustment in scheduling to business needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 1-4 years of experience in lieu of degree
• working experience with Incident Management and Change Management
• Prior experience in Operations or a fast-paced, high stress environment with the requirement to resolve multiple interruption-driven priorities simultaneously.
• Troubleshooting experience
• Self-motivated and can work both independently and within a team in our 24/7 Operations Center; available for off hours shift coverage and be able to take ownership of technical issues in the role of Incident Commander

Senior Logistics Reporting Specialist

Job Description:

The Sr. Logistics Reporting Specialist is responsible for playing a leadership role in helping to define our reporting strategy. In this role you will effectively partner with logistics leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and translate requirements into visual reports and dashboards. The Sr. Logistics Reporting Specialist will perform their job duties without supervision and is expected to perform real-time operational or strategic decision making without supervision when appropriate. Responsibilities include providing creative and structured analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and the ability to communicate findings clearly across the organization, as well as assisting and mentoring “junior” Reporting Specialist.

Description:

• Partners closely with leadership team to develop and execute reporting strategy and roadmap.
• Provides guidance and training to new team members on execution of roles of responsibilities.
• Provides subject matter expertise to help define roles & responsibilities with critical stakeholders such as IT.
• Works unsupervised to manage projects with logistics partners including outlining business requirements, managing expectations, and prioritizing projects based on judgement of what provides most urgent need to business.
• Develops reports and dashboards that track logistics performance as well as create sophisticated models that forecast future KPI’s.
• Provides context to performance through standardized and documented definition of KPIs in collaboration with business partners.
• Scopes, develops, and defines mechanisms for gathering data used to measure performance.
• Effectively monitors and manages the repository of reports without consultation from supervisor, when appropriate.
• Conducts initial analysis and develops insights for reports, as well as assists newer team members with conducting their analyses.
• Trains newer team members on business knowledge, technical skills, and project management, as well as provides close support and mentorship for 1-3 months after a new hire onboards.
• Supports ad hoc operational data requests and reporting.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline reporting distribution and makes recommendations to supervisors or managers on how to improve processes.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role such as Reporting, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics; Knowledge of the basic principles of data modeling, data engineering, and data visualization.
• Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree (preferred) in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Technology aptitude (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Microsoft Power Automate).
• Experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, finance or related field a plus.
• Comfortable working with large datasets exceeding 10 million rows using various tools resources available.
• Strong attention to detail to recognize patterns and inconsistencies in data.

This position has a starting salary range of $83,100.00 to $106,000.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a chemist who is a team player with a solutions-oriented mindset. The chemist will join a team researching and developing lithographic materials for advanced patterning solutions. This is a laboratory-based technical role focused on synthesis of organic compounds and polymers.

Position functions:

• Conduct synthesis of organic compounds and polymers at laboratory scale through several hundred grams.
• Use analytical tests to facilitate effective process development, characterize products and ensure final product quality.
• Document experiments and help in the preparation of technology transfer packages.
• Maintaining full compliance with all departmental and site-specific Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality regulations, systems, and procedures covering laboratory activities.

Qualifications

About the position:

The Clinical NGS Laboratory Technician performs high complexity laboratory testing on patient specimens across various assays and platforms. This role will be performing quality control and quality assurance procedures while complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laboratory requirements. Including CAP/CLIA and New York State Requirements.

The position is full-time withweekend coverage needed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Processing specimens for high complexity testing using automated systems and/or manual procedures in accordance with the laboratory’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Accession samples in LIMS.·
• Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) with other sequencing and assay platforms.·
• Some of the processes: DNA isolation – Manual and Automated, Generate NGS libraries, Manual and Automated, PCR amplification,
• NGS using Illumina NovaSeq6000 and Nanopore PromethION platforms, data analysis, tissue, and cell culture.
• Maintain strict standards of quality.
• Assist in general upkeep of the laboratory.
• Maintain laboratory supplies and inventory.
• Write, review, and maintain SOPs and Policies.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.

Education & Skills:

Experience:

• Experience with NGS techniques is required
• Experience with the Illumina sequencing platforms is highly desirable
• Minimum 2-year experience in a high complexity molecular diagnostic laboratory
• Experience with and understanding of general laboratory equipment
• Basic understanding of human genetics and biology of DNA/RNA.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques.·

• Must possess excellent computer literacy skills (Google and/or Microsoft suites, spreadsheet calculations).
