ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (i.e., tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates, etc.).
Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.
Receive road calls, assign third party vendor, and work with business partners on plan of action.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules/regulations and government guidelines.
Utilize fleet maintenance software system tablet to fully document equipment repair and parts used.
Backup to other maintenance shop personnel.
Willingness and capacity to assume increased responsibility and certificates.
Other duties as assigned by manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Onsite: The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities inside a US Foods maintenance facility.
Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs.
Successfully demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in administering appropriate PM program.
Must furnish own personal hand tools.
Able to read and write legibly (e.g., to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, and enter information on reports if needed); basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, divide).

The Rehabilitation teams at Samaritan evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in self-care, physical mobility or functional independence. We provide hand therapy, upper extremity splinting, wheel chair assessment, home safety assessment, cognitive therapy, neurological therapy and oncology rehab. Therapists follow their patients from initial evaluation to discharge, enjoy collaboration with other healthcare team members and therapist-driven treatment times.

Summary
The pharmacy team at Samaritan Health Services is looking for a Traveling Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling activities. Other duties include performing a broad range of technical support functions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. This position is eligible for a $3.00 per hour float differential to be paid on hours worked. Travel will be between Samaritan Hospital Pharmacy sites in the mid-Willamette Valley and central Oregon Coast.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Rehabilitation teams at Samaritan Health Services evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, we offer a variety of outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back and extremity care.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Samaritan Pharmacy Services is a community pharmacy located in a multidisciplinary ambulatory clinic in Corvallis. The pharmacy is open to any member of the public. Summary
The pharmacy team at Samaritan Health Services is looking for a Traveling Pharmacist to performs the duties of Pharmacist as prescribed by state and federal statutes as well as SHS policies. Duties include but are not limited to preparing and dispensing medication, assessing clinical status of patients (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics), providing drug information to the medical team and educating patients. This position is eligible for a $3.00 per hour float differential to be paid on hours worked. Travel will be between Samaritan Hospital Pharmacy sites in the mid-Willamette Valley and central Oregon Coast. Shift times may vary and may include overnight shifts.
