The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The Construction Estimator will be responsible for accurate quantity surveys, preparation of subcontractor and vendor work scopes, quote analysis, and estimating the cost of self-perform work. The Estimator will be a self-starter and work efficiently with some supervision. The Estimator must be able to meet critical deadlines and have the ability to work as part of a team. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- Aid in developing full-scope cost estimates based on proposal documentation on a variety of negotiated bids, hard bids, design-build and GMP projects for various public and private clients
- Interpret and analyze project drawings and technical specifications, proposals and other documentation
- Responsible for accurate, detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings and technical specifications
- Assist in developing the initial project plan and project execution schedule
- Responsible for the preparation and documentation of project estimate following estimating policy and procedures
- Prepare detailed, comprehensive subcontractor and vendor work scopes
- Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations
- Analyze and compare subcontractor and vendor quotations. Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for clarification of issues and scope
- Present and promote work product and findings to senior and executive management
- Perform research for means and methods, materials, costs and construction techniques and services
- Perform site visits on pursuits and ongoing projects, attend industry trade and outreach events
- Assist project team with quantity takeoff, pricing and bidding of construction projects and various disciplines of the project
· Shows creativity and resourcefulness to gain better pricing from subcontractors
· Submits 100% of bids and budgets by the bid deadline
· Enters all relevant information into database
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s Degree - Construction Management, Engineering or similar technical training/experience
- Excellent computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft Office

- Ability to read drawings, modification designs, technical documents and other engineering deliverables to accurately estimate the total cost of projects

Logistics Coordinator
LHH is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for an incredible manufacturing company in Roswell, GA. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day transportation and supply chain operations with a strong focus on freight invoice management, carrier relations, data integrity, and financial accuracy. Supply chain experience is required, with ocean freight experience considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Freight Invoice & Carrier Payment Management
- Review, process, and manage freight invoices within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Approve or dispute carrier invoices, documenting status and collaborating with internal stakeholders to validate charges.
- Ensure carriers are paid on time, including purchase requisition creation and invoice approvals as needed.
- Perform weekly reviews of carrier statements to identify discrepancies, missed credits, or billing errors.
- Participate in recurring calls with carriers to resolve open balances, disputes, and accessorial charges.
Dispute Resolution & Accrual Management
- Manage outstanding carrier balances, disputes, and RBNI (Received But Not Invoiced) items.
- Run and review GR/IR and accrual reports, escalating issues and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Partner with Accounting to support month-end close activities, including freight accruals, GL support, and exposure forecasting.
- Discard aged accruals when appropriate and maintain reporting for management review.
Logistics Data Integrity & Systems Support
- Maintain data accuracy across logistics and financial systems (e.g., SAP, AX, Anaplan).
- Review logistics leakage and margin reports to help protect profitability.
- Support system training and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to improve processes, challenge inefficiencies, and implement best practices.
Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare monthly freight P&L reporting to provide visibility into logistics spend and performance.
- Identify trends, concerns, and required corrective actions such as credits, rebills, or special billing requests.
- Present findings and insights to leadership, including recommendations for process or cost improvements.
Compliance, Safety & Professional Development
- Participate in required training and ongoing professional development.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience performing NDT in the Aerospace market
- Documentation of education, training, and experience in NDT
- Managing day-to-day operations of a growing NDT business
- Overseeing approximately 15 employees currently
- Managing Profit and Loss statement for this department
- Business development, account management, customer relations
- Demonstrated leadership skills proven in NDT or possibly a similar industry
- Excellent communication skills

The Senior Manager, Portfolio Analytics & Strategy leads strategy development and advanced analytics supporting the client's Operations and Portfolio Management functions. You will manage a team of Analysts and partner with leaders across Servicing, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Technology to optimize Servicing, pre- and post-charge-off strategy, digital communications, customer treatment models, productivity and loss improvements. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience innovation and data science.
You will spend your time
- Leading analytics initiatives across operations to monitor portfolio performance, monitor strategies and recommend process and reporting improvements
- Guiding the formulation of contact and servicing strategies, portfolio segmentation, and channel optimization to evaluate algorithm performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing analytics team, providing coaching, feedback, and long-term career development
- Designing and executing champion/challenger strategies and data-driven campaigns to improve customer experience and loss outcomes
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Product) to develop and implement portfolio and treatment strategies
- Guiding analyst through design, development and deployment of machine learning models across customer treatment, valuation, loss mitigation, and AI-powered decisioning with a hands-on approach
- Exploring and implementing opportunities using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to modernize operations in partnership with Technology.
- Communicating clear, actionable recommendations through dashboards, presentations, and storytelling to senior stakeholders

To be eligible
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, etc.) strongly preferred
- 5+ years in analytics or strategy, including 2+ years leading teams.
- Experience creating and maintaining data science algorithms in business environments and designing and analyzing statistical tests.
- Deep working knowledge of Python, SQL, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure); GitHub experience a plus
