What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a technically skilled and highly organized Equipment Project Manager to lead the implementation, standardization, and performance oversight of car wash equipment across our expanding network. This role plays a critical part in supporting new site development, managing post-acquisition integration, and providing end-to-end oversight of equipment systems to ensure consistency, reliability, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, in-depth understanding of car wash equipment systems, and proven experience navigating the technical complexities of both greenfield projects and M&A environments.
Project Oversight – New Developments & Retrofits
- Oversee the full project lifecycle for equipment installation in new builds, site conversions, and expansion projects.
- Collaborate with internal development teams, contractors, and vendors to review site plans, equipment layouts, and infrastructure requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation on equipment specs, layouts, installation standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans related to equipment delivery and integration.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor installation quality, compliance, and performance testing.
M&A Integration – Technical Assessment & Standardization
- Conduct equipment evaluations during due diligence for potential acquisitions, identifying risks, upgrade needs, and integration opportunities.
- Lead the post-acquisition equipment standardization process, including retrofits, control system upgrades, and chemical system alignment.
- Partner with Operations and Facilities teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime during M&A rollouts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the bridge between Development, Operations, Facilities, and M&A teams, ensuring alignment on equipment strategy and execution.
- Manage third-party vendors, OEMs, and service providers to maintain accountability for project deliverables and service SLAs.
- Support the development of training materials and SOPs for site managers and maintenance staff regarding equipment operation and troubleshooting.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Systems, Business, or a related field required.
- 7-10 years of project management experience in equipment-intensive environments (car wash, automotive service, industrial equipment, etc.)
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects, including greenfield builds and acquisition integrations.
- Deep technical understanding of car wash systems, including conveyors, arches, chemical delivery, water reclamation, and control systems.
- Proficient in project and task management tools (e.g., MS Project, CMMS, Smartsheet, Procore).
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, electrical schematics, and site layouts.
- Familiarity with automation controls and telemetry systems is a plus.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 85% to oversee project sites and integration efforts.

Job Description
The EverClean Field Technician is responsible for tendering and piloting Greensea IQ's Hull Service Robot (HSR) in a safe and efficient manner. The candidate should be competent in the maintenance and repair of all electronic, electrical, mechanical, and sub-systems associated with the vehicle. This includes component repair, replacement, and troubleshooting. The majority of operations will take place at major ports and harbors around the country and will require a significant amount of traveling. This includes driving a control van that is specially outfitted for the vehicles. The EverClean Field Technician will report directly to the EverClean Field Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Piloting and tendering remote vehicles.
- Participate in familiarization and debriefing sessions prior to mobilization/demobilization.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance on vehicles per Greensea IQ's planned maintenance plan.
- Evaluate system maintenance schedules and advise the Supervisor of any technical matters, needs, and upgrades.
- Establish and maintain parts and supplies associated with all electrical and electronic devices.
- Maintains parts and supplies inventory associated with all systems.
- Assist in the post-processing of all data collected during operation to build out field reports.
- Ensure that internal/external Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements are adhered to at all times.
- Assist the engineering department with testing and data collection at our test facility in Cape Canaveral, FL.

What You'll Do

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the evolution of our Investment Platforms. This role works at the intersection of Wealth Management, Technology, and Operations, helping coordinate stakeholders, support platform enhancements, and ensure smooth user experience for both clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate understands investment products, enjoys problem-solving, learns fast, and is comfortable dealing with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholders in the planning, execution, and validation of platform initiatives across onboarding, trading, portfolio management, performance, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Investments, Trading, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology to gather requirements and ensure proper alignment.
- Partner with Technology teams during development cycles: clarifying requirements, validating functionality, and supporting troubleshooting.
- Perform BUAT (Business User Acceptance Testing), create test cases, execute scenarios, log defects, and validate fixes before releases.
- Investigate and debug platform issues, including inconsistent data, account setup errors, operational or settlement issues, and trading/processing discrepancies.
- Translate complex issues into clear, actionable explanations for business stakeholders and for technical teams.
- Monitor platform performance, client behavior, and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Create and track requirements for platform enhancements and maintenance.
- Help maintain product documentation, workflows, and release notes.
- Assist in validating investment products, fee configurations, account attributes, and operational flows.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Operations, FinTech, Banking or Brokerage platforms.

- Strong understanding of investment products (equities, ETFs, REITs, mutual funds, fixed income).
- Comfort working with technology teams, APIs, data structures, and software development concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills and willingness to dive deep, debug, and investigate issues end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills, ability to simplify, structure, and clearly articulate problems and solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments.
- High sense of ownership and curiosity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a financial institution or investment firm.
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
- Series 7 and Series 66 preferred (but not required).
