Overview
The Clinical Project Manager will play a critical role in leading and supporting Clinical Information Systems (Clinical IS) initiatives across a large healthcare organization. This role focuses heavily on clinical applications and Epic-integrated projects, managing efforts from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
This position also supports clinical growth and infrastructure initiatives, requiring experience aligning clinical operations, facility readiness, and technology deployment.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of clinical knowledge and project management experience, with the ability to communicate effectively across clinical teams, IT partners, vendors, construction/design teams, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
- Lead Clinical IS projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, go-live, and closeout.
- Manage one large Clinical IS project or multiple (2–3) smaller concurrent initiatives.
- Oversee clinical application delivery, including projects integrated with Epic.
- Coordinate with Epic teams, internal clinical stakeholders, IT partners, and operational leaders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support projects that intersect with facility development, departmental expansions, and clinical service line growth initiatives.
Clinical Operations, Facility Activation & Expansion
- Support the planning and activation of new clinical units, departments, and ambulatory clinics.
- Partner with operational leaders, clinical staff, and facilities teams to ensure clinical workflow readiness for new care environments.
- Coordinate technology planning and deployment for newly constructed or renovated clinical spaces.

Testing, Training & Support

Required & Preferred Qualifications
Strongly Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) or strong clinical background.
- Clinical Informatics experience.
- Clinical design & construction project experience within healthcare environments.
- Experience supporting the opening and activation of new hospitals, clinical units, or ambulatory clinics, including:
- Clinical workflow design and optimization
- Operational readiness planning
- Care team transition planning
- Health technology and infrastructure deployment
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in a healthcare environment.
- Epic experience strongly preferred (experience with Oracle Health Cerner acceptable if paired with Epic exposure).

Job Description:
The purpose of the Mobile Research Unit (MRU) Operations Lead role is to be the primary point of contact and manage the daily operations of the MRU while deployed at a facility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily on-site processes and operations for the MRU deployment
- Manage set-up and tear-down of Lilly equipment on the MRU and at the facility
- Responsible for proactive IP, consumable and equipment inventory management for MRU at a facility
- Single Lilly liaison at a facility to collaborate with Local Study Coordinator during deployment, while maintaining roles & responsibility alignment that MRU Operations Lead is not a member of the site

Scope:
The Technician, Research and Development provides support for LWE, Sweetener, Coffee, Tea and Concentrate projects; and Shelf Life program; compounds formulas accurately, take physical analytical measurements and prepares and executes daily sensory panels and/or shelf life evaluations in accordance with written or oral instructions; maintains controls for the plant and R&D group, assists with data management, analysis and reporting; maintains inventory of samples for sensory and shelf life studies and may support other product development initiatives as requested. The duties in this position are expected to evolve over time as a result of the company’s growth and expansion into new technologies.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Follows detailed instructions and works independently with light supervision.
• Collects, manages and maintains sensory or shelf life inventory. Includes sample receipt, labeling, placement in appropriate environment, removal at defined intervals for stability testing and archiving/disposal of samples at end of study.
• Monitors stability chambers and chart recorders to confirm environmental conditions are maintained within established specifications; maintains physical and electronic shelf life testing files and database following established procedures.
• Executes daily sensory panels including set-up, entering electronic ballots, serving samples, monitoring panelists and clean-up.
• Compounds formulations accurately and routinely.
• Maintains ingredients in the lab to quickly and easily compound formulas.
• Maintains approved controls for the R&D group and for the plant
• Maintains the flavor library of LWE concentrates for the R&D group.
• Conducts routine chemical, physical, nutrient or stability analyses of samples following established protocols.
• Maintains physical and electronic analysis files and databases; applies statistical principles and assists in preparing reports communicating test results; reports atypical results or deviations to supervisor and initiates investigation and retesting if appropriate.
• Prepares and submits samples for outside testing, monitors progress and records results in database.
• Develops reviews and updates relevant SOP’s.
• Responsible for food safety and food quality of samples handled by:
o Following GMP’s, maintaining sanitary conditions, adhering to safe work practices and ensuring that product quality is maintained.
o Reporting any conditions or practices that may adversely impact food safety, food quality or personal safety to supervisor.
• Maintains consistent attendance; must have flexibility to work extended hours or off shifts if required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science preferred, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology or related field acceptable on a case by case basis.
• Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience with ability to calibrate and operate standard food lab equipment required or lab experience during undergraduate studies.
• Excellent mathematical skills and knowledge of, or ability to learn, statistical analysis required.
• Computer literacy including competency with Microsoft Office and demonstrated ability to operate complex software programs required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English required.

Job Description:
The Assistant Project Manager is an entry level role that supports the Project Management team in both preconstruction and active construction phases. This position assists with coordinating and tracking all project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Responsibilities include managing submittals and RFI documentation, overseeing compliance requirements, coordinating subcontractor and supplier bids for upcoming projects, and supporting punch list completion and warranty follow through. The Assistant Project Manager works closely with Project Managers, field teams, and trade partners to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with company standards.
Project Pre-construction:
- Participate in pre-construction design meetings for assigned projects.
- Obtain or assist with obtaining necessary permits and approvals for development and construction.
- Assist with and/or manage subcontractor and supplier bidding, bid review and buyout.
Construction Management:
- Identify job site safety requirements and document findings.
- Interpret and understand construction drawings and contract documents.
- Utilize GRAND software (Procore, Bluebeam, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office)
- Prepare and submit detailed RFI’s with possible solutions and recommendations as well as maintain the RFI log.
- Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes and agenda for subcontractor meetings and client meetings.

- Maintain conformity of all insurance and safety requirements required of our subcontractor partners.

- Create, monitor, and update the project punch list.
- Create, organize, and submit final project closeout documentation.
- Manage warranty items for completed projects in the warranty phase.

We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Technician who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and takes pride in serving customers who depend on secure, mission-critical communications.
What You’ll Do
- Install, optimize, and maintain highly technical, mission-critical communication systems at customer sites.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
- Perform advanced hardware/software installation, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly—even in high-pressure scenarios.
- Work with Project Managers, Engineers, Sales, and Public Safety partners to design and deploy cutting-edge Motorola Solutions systems.
- Use specialized test equipment (Communications Systems Analyzers, watt meters, Antenna Systems Analyzers, ethernet testers, etc.) to validate and optimize system performance.
- Document work with precision, ensuring clear records for system history and future optimization.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to internal teams and customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with VHF, UHF, 700/800 MHz public safety radio systems.
- Familiarity with 911/NG911, NICE logging systems, Airbus, or similar infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with P25 Systems, RF systems, wired/wireless networks, or IT systems integration.
- Strong networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, routers, switches, bridges, cabling, and IP configuration.
- Comfort working independently with high accountability in the field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical teams and customer stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics, IT, Engineering Technology—or equivalent technical/military certification.
- CET Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Valid FCC License and relevant industry certifications (preferred).
- Clean driving record and ability to travel within assigned territory.
- U.S. citizenship with ability to pass/maintain background checks and security clearances.
