The Paralegal plays a crucial role in supporting the Real Estate practice group and boosting attorney efficiency by managing information and aiding in the delivery of legal services, including client interactions.

Minimum of five years' experience with Commercial (NOT Residential) Real Estate. General knowledge about lease negotiations, financing options, lending requirements and documents, required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on commercial real estate laws and regulations, preparing legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and contracts.
• Review and summarize title commitments, surveys, and other due diligence materials.
• Assisting in the coordination and closing of commercial real estate transactions, including preparing closing binders and post-closing documentation.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in commercial transactions to ensure all necessary information and documentation is obtained
• Assist attorneys with commercial real estate litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and trial preparation
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers, ensuring all parties are informed and updated throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct due diligence, including reviewing property surveys, zoning regulations, and restrictions
• Handle post-closing activities such as recording deeds and mortgages, disbursing funds, and ensuring all documents are properly filed.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and vendors in professional manner
• Maintain organized files for voluminous transactions
• Handle attorney support aspects of a commercial transaction, title/survey review, UCC research and filings, due diligence, ancillary document drafting, and closing/post-closing procedures

Clinical Duties:

• Assists the attending Transplant surgeons, house staff, and Transplant staff with the direct care of hospitalized patients and outpatients on a rotating basis with the other clinical care coordinators, including: facilitation of patient discharges and transplant teaching
• Attends once a week outpatient Transplant clinics: RN orders labs, performs injection teaching, coordination of care

Schedule appropriate non-invasive laboratory tests and participates in the interpretation of the results and the institution of appropriate therapy based off physician guidances

• Schedules appropriate surgery and tests for patients
• Discharge Planning
  Reviews discharge instructions to hospitalized patients
  Works with hospital case manager and social worker regarding patient discharge needs
• Answers telephone inquiries from patients and/or visiting nurses after hospital discharge
• Education of health care workers and the public regarding organ transplantation
• Participates in teaching programs of the Abdominal Organ Transplant Program
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Patient Care and Monitoring:

• Monitor Transplant recipients after surgery for complications or rejection and report to Transplant
  Physician
• Review lab results and biopsy reports
• Assess patient symptoms and clinical status
• Coordinate follow-up visits and routine post-transplant evaluations

Medication Management:

• Monitor drug levels
• Adjust medications based on provider orders
• Educate patient of medication changes and adherence

Provide Education and support to lifestyle changes, infection prevent, medication schedules, emotiona support, provide resources, and warning signs of complications inpatient and outpatient.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities to achieve the highest level of quality, safety and effectiveness to maximize equipment availability of plant equipment at the lowest optimum sustainable maintenance cost in compliance with health and safety as well as environmental rules and regulations. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Analysis of data collected, completed work orders, and process data in order to initiate appropriate maintenance work orders which include a detailed scope of work.
• Non-systematic inspections (repetitive problems, validate work requests, daily incidents).
• Familiar with precision maintenance technologies such as laser alignment and dynamic balancing.
• Comfortable, at a hands on level, with welding techniques and practices for industrial equipment.
• Tracking, analysis, and recommendation for equipment performance, cost, and life.

• Ensuring inventory and source of spare parts are consistent with plant equipment reliability and economic constraints.
