The Store Lead in a cannabis dispensary is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail space. This position requires a combination of leadership, customer service skills, and a deep understanding of cannabis products and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

- Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Store Presentation:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Oversee merchandising efforts to highlight featured products and promotions.
Security:
- Work with the GM to implement and maintain security protocols to prevent theft and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Investigate and address any security concerns or incidents.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and other relevant data as requested.
- Provide insights to dispensary management for continuous improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in cannabis-related fields is a plus.
- Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills.

- Design and implement cost savings/value driving projects across multiple indirect sourcing categories based on historical and forecasted spend.
- Establish annual savings targets with Business Partners in support of business goals.

Education:

Experience
- Minimum seven to ten years’ experience in strategic sourcing/purchasing (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry), including the use of sourcing technologies (i.e. Coupa, Corcentric, etc) to develop and conduct RFIs and RFPs, with exposure and responsibility for various functional areas (supplier management, spend analytics, contracting, negotiating, bid management).
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in souring IT goods and services.
- Four to six years in a position leading cross-functional teams in the development of sourcing or supplier management strategies for key indirect expenditure categories (e.g., IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Legal, Facilities, MRO, HR, R&D, Professional Services, Capital Projects).
- One to three years’ experience consulting with C-level and/or functional vice presidents and directors of business units to influence corporate decision making related to purchasing.

Description:
The Procurement Contract Specialist role is a collaborative and results-oriented role in a wide range of indirect categories to work within our Global Procurement Team. This position will support sourcing and contract management activities for various indirect categories, including commercial, IT, corporate services, and S&T (Science & Technology). The individual will be part of the Indirect and Operations Procurement and will collaborate with Category Managers to execute supplier contracts within the contract lifecycle management tool (CLM).
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate and support the documentation of a comprehensive set of processes to provide back-office support to category and contract management through the CLM
- Collaborate with Legal and Procurement Team to ensure appropriate application of contracting guidelines for varying contract scenarios
- Strong Statement of Work (SOW) review and negotiation experience
- Clear communication with various stakeholders who partner with Procurement
- Maintain documents and document metadata within the CLM
- Promote corporate objectives and change initiatives, ensuring that the sourcing team is supporting overall company direction and growth
- Monitor Procurement and end-user compliance
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing/procurement/contract management function.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of indirect procurement
- Experience with IntelAgree or other CLM preferred
- Project management experience in a corporate and/or professional services environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Must have intermediate to expert-level skills with regard to CLM tool utilization, contract management, and deadline management.

- Ability to walk a job site, climb ladders, and scale multi-floor scaffolding.
- Ability to lift objects of at least 50 lbs.

Sika St. Louis is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic. We are looking for someone with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge as well as welding equipment.
- Installs, repairs, and maintains electrical systems and components using schematics and/or wiring diagrams according to current National Electrical Code requirements.
- Builds, installs, repairs, and maintains plant mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using prints and system diagrams.
