The HRBP functions in a strategic business partner role to provide and facilitate HR strategies and services. In this role you will serve as the primary HR contact to Department Head (s) and Senior Leaders of your assigned Business segment, business unit and operating units on all HR programs, and regularly provides HR status updates to the HR Management team. The Sales Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service and driving product sales. The Sales Associate is knowledgeable in each product area or department in our store. Upholds policies, procedures, and standards listed in the visual manual. They must fully promote each sale and/or promotion. Serves as an ambassador of the organization and brand, creating a unique customer experience helping to acquire and retain long-time customers. The Sales Associate is passionate about giving outstanding customer service and promoting the merchandise in stores.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual, including helping customers as they enter the store, and helping multiple customers during peak periods.
- Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
- Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
- Practice and uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in the operations policy manual, personnel policy manual, visual manual, customer service manual, and memos with the company's direction.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including completing work lists, clean up lists, weekly shipments, and store maintenance.
- Utilize presenting merchandise to promote and sell goods, guidance found in the product knowledge manual.
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operations problems to store management staff.
- Attend all staff meetings and tech clinics for the store.
- Protect the company's assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too.
