Position Summary:
In addition to supporting daily departmental tasks, the new Training Specialist will serve as a floater to help mitigate gaps that may occur due to absenteeism or high task volume.
Key Responsibilities:

Location: Warsaw, IN
Role Overview
We are seeking Robot Programmers/Technicians with hands-on Fanuc robotics experience to support integration and commissioning efforts for a high-volume automotive manufacturer in Northern Indiana.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics, body shop applications, and special means build. The selected candidates will support programming, touch-ups, commissioning, and quality collaboration during pre-commissioning and launch phases.
This is a high-impact, floor-support role in an active manufacturing and commissioning environment.
Mandatory Skills
- 2–5 years of experience with robot setup, troubleshooting, and/or programming
- Experience with Fanuc robotics (SpotTool+ & V9.40 for R30iB Plus controller preferred)

The Engine Tuning Engineer is responsible for calibrating, optimizing, and validating diesel engine and aftertreatment control strategies to meet performance, fuel economy, emissions, and drivability targets. The role demands strong hands-on test cell experience and proactive troubleshooting of engine, aftertreatment, and test system issues throughout development and validation programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Lead calibration and tuning of diesel engine parameters including fuel injection timing and quantity, rail pressure, combustion phasing, air-path, EGR, boost control, and thermal management.
- Support aftertreatment calibration (DOC, DPF, SCR) with primary ownership on engine-out emissions.
- Plan and execute engine-centric test cell activities for calibration, tuning, and validation.
- Support Controls Engineer and Test Cell Technician to instrument engines and combustion measurement systems (pressure transducers, air/fuel flow, emissions).
- Troubleshoot engine performance, combustion, smoke, fuel consumption, and engine-out emissions issues.
- Diagnose control logic, calibration, and engine hardware issues observed during test cell operation.
- Use test cell data and Simulink model behavior to perform structured root cause analysis.
- Implement and validate corrective actions in control models and calibration datasets.
- Execute steady-state, transient, combustion, and regulatory test cycles.
- Strong understanding of Engine Controls in Simulink Models.
Experience:
- Strong expertise in diesel engine calibration and combustion fundamentals.
- Strong experience executing and supporting engine test cell activities, including steady-state, transient, combustion, and emissions testing.
- Hands-on engine test cell experience.
- Hands-on experience developing control system models in Simulink (must-have).
- Strong proficiency in MATLAB for engine and test data analysis (must-have).
- Proven troubleshooting capability across engine, controls, and calibration.
- Experience with calibration tools (ETAS INCA, ATI Vision, Vector CANape).
- Familiarity with engine test systems and DAQ
Qualifications & Education:

Position Summary:
- The Test Lab Manager will need strong Project Management experience leading a project in Electronic Power Steering.
- This role oversees testing and validation activities within the engineering lab, serving as the primary project manager for validation programs while leading a team of technicians.
- This role works with customers to define requirements, test cases, and fixtures while ensuring systems are validated across embedded software, hardware, and mechanical components.
- Lastly, this role is daily on-site in the test lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage testing and validation programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and engineering requirements.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the test lab, communicate tasks, and supervise a team of technicians.
- Responsible for the time/cost aspects of the testing lab
- Responsible for resource schedule and laboratory timelines
- Interface with customers on requirements, test cases, and validation strategies.
- Support system-level testing for embedded software, hardware, and mechanical systems in a mechatronics environment.
- Represent Test & Validation to all teams involved with the project
- Track testing progress and documentation using tools such as MS Project, Windchill, and DOORS.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree and background in systems engineering, embedded systems, or mechatronics.
- Project management experience
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Experience working in a test lab or validation environment preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Vector CANalyzer/CANoe, Windchill, DOORS, and MS Project preferred
- Strong leadership, resilience, and ability to motivate a technical team.
Work Environment
- Daily on-site presence in a test lab environment (no remote work).
