The Creative Arts Therapist will lead an afternoon recreation/social skills program designed for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (age 3-21), from 2PM to 5 PM Mon-Thursday. The therapist will design, implement, and facilitate recreational, social-skills, and developmental activities that promote engagement, communication, and personal growth in a supportive, structured environment.
Essential Functions
- Completes intake screenings and initial psychosocial assessments of prospective patients and families (10%).
- Comprehensive intake evaluations will be completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Establishes family centered plan of care with patient/ family input in collaboration from the interdisciplinary team. Develops an individualized treatment plan at the appropriate intervals for all patients on assigned caseload (10%).
- Individualized treatment plans will be developed within 30 days of admission. Ensures adherence to the treatment plan.
- Provides developmentally appropriate therapeutic creative arts interventions for individual and group support.
- Recognizes, addresses, and utilizes therapeutic creative arts interventions to facilitate mastery and coping 30%).
- Performs creative arts clinical interventions that facilitate optimal client functioning and reduction of substance use.
- Program patients receive evidence-based creative arts interventions.
- Collects clinical data to track patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes (5%).
- Patient intervention data is gathered and tabulated in a timely fashion and is utilized in treatment planning.
- Provides care coordination services to a caseload of patients. Acts as an advocate for patients with other social service agencies and makes referrals and follows up as clinically indicated (5%).
- Ensures coordination of all client services. All referrals are appropriate to client needs. Barriers to patient engagement and participation have been addressed.
- Maintains clinical records in compliance with State and Federal regulatory agency requirements and program policies and procedures. Documents all interventions and significant contacts with the patient and other agencies (10%).
- Enters records of contacts with clients on weekly basis; completes required assessments and other documentation according to program policies and procedures. Clinical records are compliant upon monthly QA audits.
- Participates in team meetings and/or discussion regarding patient care or practice issues (5%).
- Presents relevant clinical information at case conferences and contributes to team decisions regarding treatment planning.
- Initiates transition/discharge planning for caseload of patients. (5%)
- All patients on caseload receive appropriate discharge planning.
- Receives clinical supervision from the PhD Psychologist/ Healing Arts team (5%).
- Attends weekly supervision and program meetings in a timely fashion. Presents cases at weekly supervision.
- Utilizes professional communication (clear, respectful) to establish and maintain effective professional relationships (5%)
- Sends appropriate and timely correspondence via phone messages, e-mails, etc.
- Incorporates recreational and contingency management services into treatment (5%).
- Patients receive evidence-based recreational and contingency management services.
- Performs other duties as assigned (5%).

Qualifications
- MAS Required
- less than 1 year Experience conducting assessments with adolescents/young adults and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

- At Least 3 years working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder

Role Description:
The purpose of a Clinical Informatics Specialist (CIS or Medical Scribe) at Oak Street Health is to support our primary care providers with clinical documentation so that they can focus on providing exceptional care to our patients. Scribes assist providers throughout the patient care journey - huddling each morning to plan for the day's visits, joining them in the exam room to observe and document, and touching base after the visit to assist with next steps.
Beyond the typical Scribe role, these important care team members serve as clinical documentation assistants to their paired provider. Internally, we call them CISs (Clinic Informatics Specialists) in recognition of their important role in supporting accurate, specific, and timely clinical documentation. In addition to observing and documenting all patient encounters in real time, our Scribes become experts in our value-based care model and the documentation and care of chronic conditions, including ICD-10 and CPT coding. Scribes use this expertise to help providers identify and help close care gaps. Scribes receive extensive on-the-job training in clinical workflows, value-based medicine, preventative care for chronic conditions, accurate and specific documentation, population health data streams, and team based care.
Because our patients and providers rely on our Scribes, the ideal candidate should commit at least 1-2 years to this role. JOB SUMMARY:
The R&D Lab Assistant is responsible for the overall organization of the lab: making sure all ingredients are labeled, in stock and stored in its proper location as well as oversee the overall cleanliness. LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a hands‑on Plant Production Manager to lead all production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant fulfillment of gas orders (industrial, medical, laboratory, and specialty gases). This role drives production performance, leads a high‑performing team of nine employees, oversees quality and regulatory standards, and ensures smooth day‑to‑day plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and coordinate daily production operations to meet cost, quality, safety, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Oversee production scheduling, inventory needs, staffing, and workflow to ensure timely order fulfillment without delays or backorders.
- Hire, train, and develop a cohesive, high‑performing team; provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, daily fill logs, certifications, and regulatory records.
- Monitor and enforce product quality and gas purity standards.
- Coordinate cylinder testing, shipping, maintenance, and equipment replacement.
- Serve as backup for Lab Technician and Dispatcher; assist with cylinder filling and deliveries as needed.
- Maintain and update ISO policies, procedures, and process documents.
- Manage supply levels, spare parts, and equipment repairs.
- Oversee plant assets and monthly production (approx. 30,000 cylinders).
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechanics, Plumbing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of production operations, equipment, safety regulations (DOT, OSHA, FDA), and quality control.
- Proficient in MS Office; strong problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license; required to have applicable OSHA, DOT, and FDA certifications.
- Leadership skills: the ability to provide direction, set goals, give feedback and identify opportunities for development
- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented verbally and in writing.

Work Environment

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Furthermore, they will demonstrate the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigate pharmacy and insurance landscapes to support account needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Coordinate regularly with field-based counterparts to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions and scheduling as appropriate.
- Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.
- Cultivate an assigned virtual territory in alignment with field strategy and be accountable for measurable business results and engagement outcomes.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The Methadone Counselor position provides counseling to individuals receiving integrated substance abuse treatment and primary care services at the Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
Essential Functions:
• Comprehensive psychosocial.
• Instruct patients in program policies and procedures.
• Development, implementation, and review of treatment plans.
• Provision of substance abuse counseling to individuals, groups, and families. Counseling focusing on building motivation, educating, planning crisis intervention, relapse prevention and aftercare.
• Coordination of comprehensive services within the clinic for patients on counseling caseload.
• Monitoring of patients’ response to methadone medication treatment through individual counseling and toxicology review.
• Conduct vocational /educational and learning needs evaluation in psychosocial and ongoing as indicated. Provide referral as needed.
• Perform preliminary evaluation regarding mental health needs of patients on caseload (i.e. presence of psychiatric symptoms, suicidality, homicidality etc.)
• Evaluate patient eligibility for entitlements (Public Assistance, SSI, Medicaid etc.) Refer patients to appropriate agencies when indicated.
• Enter patient data into HRA/STARS computerized database.
• Acts as liaison between patient and outside agencies
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings. i.e. IDC’s, staff meetings, morning reports, case management meetings, and other team meetings determined to be necessary.
• Maintains required records on patients and updates progress notes as required. Ensures clinical chart contains necessary information regarding patient’s status and other information required by the program policies and regulatory agencies. Completes all required forms and treatment plans.
• Assist patients with referral to other services and agencies determined to be necessary to the recovery process (i.e. shelters, detox units, legal counsel, etc.)
• Give case presentations in supervision, IDC meetings, daily reports.
• Ensure all counselor specific billable services are billed and perform follow-ups to billing (delinquent payments, obtaining information required to bill, confirming and updating billing information, etc.)
• Attendance at seminars, trainings and grand rounds which are determined to be important to staff development.
• Counselors will directly supervise the collection of toxicology samples for all patients as required by federal and state regulations.
• Meet with family members, significant others and outside providers as determined to be necessary and appropriate for clinical management and care.
Qualifications:
• One year’s work experience as an addiction’s counselor (preferably with methadone clients) and a BA or BS degree required. CASAC or license in social work, mental health counseling or a related field is also required.
• Twelve core functions of counselors
• Knowledge of governmental, private and community programs and entitlements available to patients, familiarity with various state and federal regulations
• Knowledge of computer software
• Experience with recognizing signs of neglect or abuse of children, adults or elderly
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.
