Job Summary Job Description Associate Engineer Mobile Device Primarily responsible for the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of RF handheld application packages, scripts, and hardware for Medline’s branch site needs.

A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. Duties and Responsibilities:

As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.

Typical assignments include:

  • Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
  • Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.

Qualifications:

GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:

  • Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
  • Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
  • Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.

If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.

GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:

  • Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
  • Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.

Other Requirements:

Position Summary

The Demand Planning Analyst owns SKU-level forecasting for assigned customers and channels, balancing service-level performance with inventory health and cost control. This role partners with Sales, customer demand planning and replenishment teams, Buyer-Planners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive forecast accuracy, manage customer fines, support service-level performance for key retail accounts, and continuously improve forecasting and planning processes. The Demand Planning Analyst will report to the Manager, Supply Chain - Demand Planning and Service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SKU-level and aggregate forecasts (customer, product family, channel)
  • Evaluate forecast accuracy and bias using SKU and topline-level accuracy metrics
  • Incorporate customer and commercial inputs into forecasts, including POS, inventory positions, promotions, store distribution, seasonality, lifecycle changes, and portfolio shifts
  • Lead formal Demand Reviews with Sales for assigned customers and channels
  • Support service-level performance and drive customer fines management, including mitigation efforts for key accounts
  • Own customer fines management for assigned accounts, including proactive monitoring, SOP creation, root-cause analysis, cross-functional coordination, dispute support, and mitigation efforts to reduce repeat exposure.
  • Partner with Buyer-Planners to provide service updates to stakeholders
  • Support new item launches by pressure testing forecasts, monitoring early performance, and adjusting as demand signals emerge
  • Manage end-of-life and running-change items, aligning forecasts to inventory depletion strategies and minimizing excess and obsolescence
  • Leverage exception-based reporting to surface forecast gaps, service risks, and fine exposure
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc root-cause analysis related to forecast accuracy, service levels, fines trends, and inventory risk
  • Contribute to standard work and continuous process improvements with a focus on scalability, clarity, and repeatability

Education & Experience (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP, planning, or reporting systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maximize the value of our data. This translates into understanding the data we have, understanding key business drivers and delivering both operational and analytic solutions that drive value.

· Maximize the value of our enterprise applications. This translates into understanding what each platform does best, understanding key business drivers and delivering software solutions that create efficiencies, reduce friction and improve quality.

· Drive the harmonization of data, software and process across the enterprise that ultimately lowers the cost of doing business and positions the company for scalable growth.

EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent

communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and

timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite

survey/inspection assignments in the Lake Forest, IL area, and other locations within approximately 45 miles of Lake Forest.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to

insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a

commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct

potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to

manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a

local territory and complete work assignments on time.

Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and

improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses

we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,

construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the

business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial

insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,

Inland Marine and Builders Risk.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,

loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested

candidates are encouraged to submit their qualifications. In lieu of experience, we can refer

you to a 15-hour online certification option to qualify you. Fees are negotiable depending on

Position Summary:

The Assistant Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting QA activities to ensure all products meet established quality and safety standards. This role also serves as a backup to the QA Administrative Assistant for reporting and log maintenance. The individual in this role plays a key part in food safety, product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties of Quality Inspectors as needed
  • Coordinate daily staffing for the Quality department
  • Oversee and support Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with procedures and performance expectations
  • Provide backup support for generating and maintaining QA reports and departmental logs
  • Train and onboard new Quality Inspectors
  • Assist inspectors in preparing for new jobs and product runs
  • Communicate effectively and professionally across departments
  • Respond to internal communications including emails and other correspondence
  • Facilitate the handoff of QA-related information and updates between shifts
  • Review QA documentation and reports, initiating corrective actions when necessary
  • Ensure all work instructions are accurate, current, and aligned with customer requirements
  • Maintain internal QA reports as required
  • Manage components and finished goods within the hold system when applicable
  • Lead investigations of non-conformance related to components or finished goods
  • Conduct risk and root cause analyses, develop corrective action plans, implement solutions, and report outcomes
  • Support quality issue resolution through training, corrective actions, and process validations


Qualifications:

  • Hours: 2nd Shift 2:30pm to 11:30pm Monday to Friday
  • MS Excel: Must be proficient and advanced = Advanced within Macros / Pivot Tables
  • Position Breakdown: 50% Administrative / 50% Production / Supervision Floor
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
  • Supervisory Experience: 1yr minimum
