About:
The Executive Chamber is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to serve as the Clemency Programs Coordinator. Serving under the general supervision of the Governor's Counsel's office and the direct supervision of the Director of Clemency Programs, the Clemency Programs Coordinator provides essential support to legal staff by managing a range of administrative tasks and assisting with work related to criminal justice and human services. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of professionalism to handle confidential and sensitive information.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, able to compile and interpret information and data, and have proficiency in using spreadsheets. You must be a strong reader and writer. You must also possess excellent time management skills.

Duties:
- Organizes and maintains legal paperwork, files, exhibits, and other important information for their assigned Principals.
- Composes legal reports for Counsels regarding various aspects of a case or other assignment.
- Supports Counsel's office in the documentation of processes with contractual or legislative obligations by developing and maintaining legal templates, documents, and other procedures.
- Helps Counsels prepare motions, legal arguments, and research.
- Conducts various types of research related to laws, legal articles, and other information relevant to a case or assignment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least six years of relevant experience in a legal office setting. Preferred skills will include familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis Nexis.
- The ideal candidate will also be familiar with navigating the US Court's Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system as well as the NYS Court Systems searches.
- A relevant associate's degree may substitute for two years of the required experience. A bachelor's degree may substitute for up to four years of the required experience.

This role assists the Sr. Leader, Accreditation and Quality Regulatory Compliance in strategic planning and management of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Health Plan Accreditation process. This role will work directly with leadership teams, key business owners or contributors across the organization, and key external stakeholders to support the design, implementation, and oversight of Quality Accreditation and Compliance strategic initiatives, along with the regulatory and operational responsibilities related to the Quality Committee Structure. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for NCQA Standards interpretation, survey preparation, onsite/virtual survey file reviews and associated follow up activities based upon surveyor feedback. Will develop and maintain accreditation work plans, timelines and documentation. Assists business owners/leaders in ongoing NCQA Accreditation Standards training annually, develops and/or evaluates departmental policies and procedures for compliance with NCQA Health Plan Accreditation Standards. In conjunction with the Sr. Leader, Accreditation and Quality Regulatory Compliance, assumes ownership of the Quality trilogy documents, including the Quality Improvement Program Description, Quality Improvement Work Plan and the Quality Improvement Annual Report. Assures these trilogy documents are updated annually, establishes timeframes for documentation revisions and review by key stakeholders, reviews for requirement accuracy and brand standards and is submitted timely to the Quality Improvement Committee and the Board of Directors for final approval. Assists with the monthly Accreditation Workgroup meeting by developing and coordinating agenda topics, educational training slides and presentation of content as required or by the request of business owners. Performs other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree required. BA/BS in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Registered Nursing, Medical Compliance or related field required. Master's degree in a related field strongly preferred. Equivalent amount of education and directly related experience may be considered.
Minimum Experience:
Professional level experience related to health care or health insurance programs, processes and/or operations required. NCQA Health Plan Accreditation experience with successful submission in the last 3 years. Other meaningful healthcare experience will be considered.

Senior Director of Grants
Location: Albany, New York or Montgomery, NY
Our client, the Regional Food Bank, is seeking a Senior Director of Grants to serve as the operational leader of the Food Bank's grants portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Giving, this role is responsible for ensuring excellence in grant design, compliance, and reporting. Working collaboratively with leadership and staff across the organization, the Senior Director of Grants oversees the full grants lifecycle — from pipeline development and opportunity evaluation through proposal strategy, implementation, and reporting. This individual plays a critical role in advancing the Food Bank's mission by securing and stewarding institutional funding.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain an accurate calendar of all proposal, interim report, and final report deadlines for current and prospective grantmaking entities.
- Manage the grant proposal and reporting process, establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, and on-time submission.
- Write, revise, and edit letters of inquiry, grant proposals, and reports. Synthesize complex information from multiple internal stakeholders into clear, compelling narratives aligned with funder guidelines and the Food Bank's mission.
- Manage logistics for institutional donor site visits, including preparation of presentations, coordination of staff participation, and facility tours.
- Produce thank-you letters and all required documentation and correspondence for grantmaking entities.
- Maintain organized electronic grant files and documentation.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify programs and initiatives aligned with institutional funding opportunities.
- Work closely with finance staff to develop grant budgets, produce financial reports, and reconcile grant and finance data.

The Clinical Informatics Nurse provides expertise in the planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance, and evaluation of new or existing functionality related to clinical and business information systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Designs and supports systems and manages projects directed at improving quality and patient care outcomes using information technology.
- Maintains current knowledge of computer applications used within the organization, evolving technologies, and current patient safety literature to guide system modifications and the pursuit of new clinical technology.
- Conducts periodic workflow analysis to optimize the use of technology in patient care.
- Provides input on clinical functions that are suitable for computer application and ensures the information systems are consistent with professional standards of nursing practice.

- Co-Lead and coordinate user group forums to continuously evaluate and improve system functionality.
