We are seeking a Placement Finding Specialist to join our team.
Hourly Range: $21.63 - $23.56
This role is an innovative approach to partnering with case managers and placement resources in Kansas to identify the best placement match for youth already in or newly entering state custody. You are responsible for identifying placement resources for children in state custody referred to by their case manager. As a member of the Kansas Foster Care team, you will work with 3 other team members and report to our Placement Finding Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- The Placement Finding Specialist receives information about youth by phone from case managers and assesses, in conjunction with the case manager, the youth's placement needs
- Specialists then utilize available technology to conduct a search for placements that would match the youth's needs, discuss placement needs by phone with prospective placements and then provide placement options by phone and/or email to the youth's case manager
- There is a strong emphasis on placing siblings together, maintaining youth in their community and minimizing the number of placement changes youth experience while in foster care
- Referrals come in as either emergencies (placement must be found within four hours) or non-emergencies (anything beyond four hours). Placement Finding specialists must meet established benchmarks for each referral type
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience working with children and families and the following:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. Qualifications: Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. At least three years of nursing in acute care with outstanding leadership and organizational skills and a broad knowledge of nursing practice required. Able to deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and ancillary personnel and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Demonstrated interpersonal and problem solving skills required. The Role
We’re looking for a Strategic Sales & Partnerships Lead to drive new revenue and scale our partner ecosystem. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from sourcing and closing direct deals to managing and activating partnerships that expand Cascade’s reach.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, Head of Sales, and Marketing to accelerate growth through direct sales and strategic alliances.
What You'll Do
- Close New Business: Drive full-cycle sales for enterprise and mid-market opportunities.

Position SummaryThis Regional Director of Partnerships will be responsible for generating revenue from local, regional, and national companies through the sale of integrated sponsorship, premium seating, naming rights and hospitality packages throughout the venue(s). The Partnerships Lead’srole is core to LifeNet’s fundraising. These families are generous, faith-based or faith-open, experienced in healthcare and in African initiatives, and see their grants/gifts as philanthropic investments. They build strong, trusting relationships with organizations and seek high impact and efficiency with their investments.
The Partnerships Leadwill authentically and skillfully build relationships with philanthropic families; seek ways to support their philanthropic efforts; authentically build trust between the families, their foundation and family office staff teams, and LifeNet; and provide opportunities for families to invest in the health and wellbeing of millions.
This position will skillfully pursue and manage a portfolio of 80 philanthropic families, driving $2M-$3M of annual donations to support LifeNet’s lifesaving work. While a small percentage of the Partnerships Leadaccounts are currently funding LifeNet, about 80% are qualified and waiting for the Partnerships Lead’sskilled relationship building to move through LifeNet’s sales process. The Partnerships Lead will work in close coordination with the VP of Advancement and the entire Advancement team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a family office and family foundation portfolio of 80 relationship. On day 1, this portfolio will include 20% current donors capable of introducing you to other likeminded funders and 80% prospects to be cultivated.
- Cultivate, solicit and steward your portfolio by conducting visits or touch-points monthly, meeting in person as appropriate. LifeNet’s Advancement team operates on a 12 touch-point/year expectation for family foundations and family offices.
- Create partnership rationales that align objectives and strategies of potential funders with the priorities and capacity of LifeNet. LifeNet seeks to grow its family foundation and family office funding to support its core program model, for the long-term.
- Develop proposals, letters of inquiry, and concept papers for family foundations and family offices and prospects that are consistent with the organization's values and goals.
- Cultivate and expand current giving and grow your portfolio to support LifeNet programs with $2M-$3M of annual funding.
- Synthesize detailed programmatic information in concise, understandable documents that are persuasive and align with brand messaging.
- Initiate and manage prospect research on philanthropic families through the organization’s files, giving records, online resources and through donor giving databases.
- Working with the Advancement team, ensure donor and prospect outreach are on brand, on message, and on strategy.
- Working with the Advancement team, ensure that all aspects of donor giving are accurately recorded and reported and that all donor/prospect tracking is consistent with protocols.

National certification (e.g. CCRN, RNC, CEN, CNOR, OCN, ANCC, CAN, CPAN, CFRN, etc.) in related field is preferred. Three years recent, full-time hospital experience preferred. Work experience in case management, utilization review or hospital quality assurance experience is preferred. Must complete a Clinical Documentation Improvement Course within specified time of hire date.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current license from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas to practice as a registered nurse is required. National certification in related field is preferred. Case Manager Certification (CCM or ANCC) is highly desirable.
Position Overview
The Manager, Video Partnerships is the base-level management role on the Video Partnerships team, with responsibilities including managing all National video buying activity, negotiating buys, checking preliminary and final post buy delivery, and tracking performance. Managers assist with the management of Partnerships team - developing their skills, evaluating their performance, and managing their growth. The individual is tasked with developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The Manager will drive the team to explore and identify non-traditional partnerships opportunities. This is critical to their development and the success of the Partnerships division. The Manager of Video Partnerships will need to be able to identify partnership opportunities that can exist outside of the standard paid media environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a backup to the Associate Director for client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with and deliver against client KPIs
- Update status documents for client meetings, prepare email recommendations, and buy presentations
- Write POVs for targeted opportunities to drive client business
- Stay knowledgeable about the client's business and competitors to determine advertising and media needs
- Direct and provide guidance to the team, ensuring superior negotiations for maximum value and efficiency
- Oversee media negotiations for various channels and collaborate with partners for promotional opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programming trends, marketplace conditions, and train negotiators
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience buying network, cable and syndication with Media company or experience within the Media Industry
- Experience in negotiating upfront, scatter and opportunistic buys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven superior customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop software, specifically Excel and Word, PowerPoint preferred
- Proficient with MBox or equivalent Inventory Management system
- Experience across a variety of media channels
Desired Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of third party Internet marketing research: comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, @Plan, NetRatings, and others
- Demonstrated ability to think and execute "out of the box" ideas
- Strong developed relationships with the Networks
- 4+ years of local senior buying/supervising or related industry experience
- Proven leadership ability and/or prior experience in supervising a team
- Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
