What You'll Do: As a Wealth Management Support Specialist, you'll work closely with Wealth Management Advisors (WMAs) and Wealth Management Consultants (WMCs) in all requirements of the sales process, onboarding, and servicing clients The position supports multiple WMAs and WMCs to increase investment advisory, brokerage and mutual fund sales while aiding in operational Opening new clients accounts, processing client requests, monitoring client funding, reporting on Annual Reviews, RMDs, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Prepare Advisor for upcoming client meetings, including preparing/updating financial plans, conducting investment research, preparing documentation for new business or other client transactions.
Process all new & existing client transactions from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy & timely completion; including but not limited to Client Reviews, Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), and other processes, as needed.
Communicate directly with clients or agents on all service-related questions and changes, handling complex issues and problems with little or no Advisor involvement.
Maintain compliance-approved materials, including sales literature, brochures, prospectuses, forms, manuals, etc.
while also maintaining the integrity of client files and records via hard copy files with goal of E-File maintenance.

What It Takes to Join Our Team: Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
Preferred: Administrative or customer service experience in financial services, with exposure to Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Adviser platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Regulatory fingerprinting required.
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems quickly.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide molecular analysis support for Regulatory Sciences and Registration (DNA extraction, sample weighing, control generation, master mix preparation, PCR plate set up)
- Provide technical support to investigate, develop and/or adapt methods, as needed, to address:
- Molecular technology issues within the laboratory
- New data requirements
- Document experimental protocol, methods and results and prepare data in accordance with government regulatory requirements.
- Maintain record management practices in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices
- Participate in experiments in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice requirements to answer key scientific questions.
- Evaluate technical issues with regard to PCR technologies, research, work with other laboratory personnel to formulate experimental plan, communicate and perform implementation of next steps to address and resolve issue(s) in collaboration with laboratory personnel.
- Maintain laboratory resources, e.g., inventory, safety, calibrations, etc.
- Responsible for adherence to Good Laboratory Practices within the laboratory.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), methods and worksheets for analytical procedures and equipment such as sample weighing, DNA extraction, reagent preparation, genomic controls and PCR.
- Responsible for equipment maintenance logs (daily, routine and non-routine) for the laboratory.

What You'll Do: Analyze and administer the FAST product and integration services.
Design and develop the FAST product and integration services.
Implement and support the FAST product and integration services.

Maintain adequate documentation to support team processes and ensure we can easily transfer knowledge to other resources in the area for ongoing support of system changes.
Manage day to day operations and administration of applicable production applications.
Participate in regular meetings to keep both the business and IT staff informed of productivity objectives, goals, and concerns.
What It Takes to Join Our Team: College degree or equivalent plus seven years relevant experience required.
Knowledge of .Net / C# and SQL required.
Web Services, Informatica and Agile are a plus.
Knowledge of data handling methods, development techniques and one or more development programming languages/ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be results oriented, and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
