The Senior Product Sales Executive Hematology/Urinalysis (Heme/UA) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding market share, and enhancing Beckman Coulter’s competitive position in the diagnostics industry.
This position is part of the North America Commercial Organization and will be fully remote with 50-75% travel covering North and South Carolina. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly re-imagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

The essential requirements of the job include:
- 5 years' experience in sales, focused on selling capital equipment, preferably within the diagnostics space, in lieu of sales experience, 5 years Medical Technology experience with a deep understanding of Hematology/Urinalysis technologies and laboratory workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies that go beyond hardware to include integrated solutions like MDW and CIT.
- Exceptional analysis skills, with a history of successfully displacing competitors and increasing market share.

- Oversee open‑source licensing strategy and compliance across products and services.

:// Overview: As a District Account Manager for Alton Lane, you will be a key player in Alton Lane’s partnership with one of America’s most successful retailers, Dillard's. You will play a critical role in achieving regional sales growth and enhancing the performance of Alton Lane within Dillard's stores. You will be responsible for onboarding, training and motivating Dillard's store associates onto the Alton Lane For You platform, driving sales initiatives, leading field marketing & merchandising efforts, and providing exceptional customer support across an entire District. Responsibilities:
1) Achieve Sales Growth Targets:
Drive Alton Lane District sales growth.
Increase average Alton Lane sales per store.
Ensure Alton Lane sales never fall below a target threshold.
Enhance average Alton Lane sales per associate within your District.
2) Train and Develop Dillard's Store Associates:
Deliver effective training sessions, achieving high satisfaction scores from Dillard’s associates.
Educate Dillard's associates on the value proposition of the Alton Lane brand, product knowledge, and market leading technology.
Identify super users per store, partner in their training program, and engage in their training to create advocates for Alton Lane.
Develop a target number of super users who outperform the average associate in terms of sales.
3) Lead Sales Initiatives within the District:
Motivate and influence Dillard's store associates to prioritize Alton Lane and increase sales.
Help develop sales tools, ongoing support tactics, and innovative ideas to educate and motivate Dillard’s store associates.
Partner to create a District promotion calendar, District sales initiatives, and execute them to achieve a targeted sales lift percentage period over period.
Identify best practices across the District and share them with all stores.
Regularly visit stores, establish a strong presence, and build relationships with Dillard's sales associates.

4) Lead Field Marketing Efforts:
Partner with Alton Lane’s internal team for marketing and sales collateral, including promotional and educational materials for the District.

Differentiate the Alton Lane brand from competitors within Dillard's.
Conduct competitive intelligence to stay informed about competing brands, promotions, and estimated performance in the District.
Understand the Alton Lane/Dillard's consumer, decision drivers, and value proposition.
5) Provide Exceptional Dillard's Customer Support:
Be highly accessible and responsive to all Dillard's requests.
Address all Dillard’s initiated questions within the same working day.
Be the best advocate you can be for your entire Dillard’s District team.
6) Navigate Complex Stakeholders:
Effectively navigate the Dillard's structure, building strong relationships with the District Director, store managers and sales associates alike.
Act as a connector and conduit between Alton Lane corporate and Dillard's, prioritizing the customer while maintaining alignment with company objectives.

General Objective of the Role
Support the development of Ecorobotix’s turf-care system through collection of high-quality turf imagery and environmental data to support AI model training and validation. The Regional Turf Data Technician is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with golf courses, sod farms, sports fields to assess whether their facilities have the type of data that we need to photograph and obtain any permits needed to collect those photographs. The Regional Turf Data Technician will need to produce high quality and variety of images of desired turfgrass species and document pests based on business needs. This individual will work outdoors to ensure regular monitoring of turfgrass and associated pests within their geographical area.
Reporting Lines & Interactions
Reports Turf Data Team Manager, Turf Division. This role will collaborate with the AI and Crop Vision team as well as Turf Data Quality teams to ensure they are achieving data quantity and quality goals. The Regional Turf Data Technician will also collaborate with other members of the pre- and after-sales teams of Ecorobotix Inc. as required to scout for data collection locations. Externally, interaction with dealers, superintendents, turf farm managers, and athletic facility managers on turf facilities or at regional association meetings and trade shows is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Become data project specialist for your assigned region
- Collect turfgrass imagery according to defined protocols
- Operate and maintain camera and field data systems
- Work with sales team to collect data at turf facilities in assigned region
- Assist with analysis of future turfgrass model data collection and methods to improve data collection work flow
- Up to 70% required travel within given territory with occasional travel outside of territory based on business needs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in managing turfgrass field research data collection.
- Familiarity with turf management, turf weeds or agricultural imaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in turfgrass science, agronomy or horticulture
- Two or more years of experience in turfgrass management (e.g. golf course, lawn care, sports field, sod farm management)
- Have a strong knowledge or interest in turfgrass management and pest management
- Knowledge of IT tools (tablets with internal software, smartphones) to manage communications and necessary data.
- 2+ years of experience interacting with turfgrass managers
- Must have a clean driving record

- Technical proficiency with sensors and data tools.
- Ability to travel up to 70% and work outdoors in varying conditions in their region.
