- IT Location: 130 Trinity Ave SW 5th Floor Atlanta, Georgia 3 Duration: 4 Months(Possibility of extension) On Site Purpose: The Atlanta Public School System is seeking the services of an IT Service Delivery Systems and Projects Coordinator to provide technical support, system management, and training for the IT Service Delivery and Student Experience Team.
Summary: Atlanta Public Schools' Digital Bridge program provides 38,000 student devices, staff laptops, hotspots, and other district technology to ensure students can access digital resources and tools at both school and home.
The IT Service Delivery Systems and Projects Coordinator serves as the primary manager of iiQ for the IT Service Delivery and Student Experience Team, ensuring the system operates effectively to support device management and service delivery.
The position provides iiQ training for all Field Technicians including Lead Field Technicians, handles ticket escalations involving student Chromebook devices, staff laptops, hotspots, and other district technology, and monitors IT Service Delivery and Student Experience Tableau dashboards.
Additionally, this role manages special projects for the IT Service Delivery and Student Experience Group, collaborating with Field Technicians, IT Management, and other IT divisions.
The position also helps ensure efficient processes are in place for IT Service Delivery, IT Service Desk, and IT Asset Management.
This role includes administrative assistant responsibilities for the IT Service Delivery and Student Experience team, providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
This position will work under the supervision of the IT Service Delivery team.
Scope of Work/Key Responsibilities: Adhere to established standard operating procedures through the following: Maintain exceptional customer service posture at ALL TIMES.

Job Summary
Perform basic installation and maintenance of components used in campus heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and related equipment including chilled water, refrigeration, air compressor, gas heater, air drier, fume hoods, and pumps. Assignments typically require HVAC journeyman level skills. This position will interact with on a consistent basis with: maintenance supervision and staff, building managers and vendors. Position requires the ability to read prints, drawings, and schematics via paper copies and computerized software systems. In addition, the job requires ability to operate machine tools, motor vehicles (may include forklift), hand/power tools, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot and to sequence tasks for specific assignments.

Job Summary
Within the department of Tech Dining, the Sous Chef oversees daily food operations within an identified dining venue(s). Responsibilities include ensuring quality food production and presentation to meet the standards established by the Director of Culinary Services, supervising a team of lead cooks and kitchen supervisors and assisting with the oversight of additional shift workers to provide the best Tech Dining experience possible.
This position will interact on a regular basis with culinary employees within Tech Dining.

Estimates food consumption, selects, and develops recipes, standardizes production recipes to ensure consistent quality, establishes presentation technique and quality standards, plan, and price menus.

Trains and manages kitchen personnel within a specific dining concept and supervises/coordinates all related culinary activities.
Production - 15
Prepares daily production list and verifies that culinary staff follow all recipes and portion control.
Compliance - 15
Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety requirements that ensures a safe and sanitary work environment.
Menu Planning - 10
Responsible for component menu planning, costing, and brand management.
Management - 10
Assists in supervision of food service workers with oversight for hiring, performance management, annual reviews, and initiating employee status changes.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or Vocational School Diploma.
Required Experience
Working experience includes three years in culinary, two years as a manager-preferably in higher education, with direct reports, and two years with a menu management system (i.e., a system that contributes to food ordering, inventory management, and food cost evaluation).

Must have a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food handling procedures. Strong attention to detail and strong organizational and follow up skills. The ability to provide culinary training and insight for special dietary requirements.

Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Maintain trees, shrubs, groundcovers and flower beds (planting, fertilizing, mulching, watering, pruning, etc.)

Transport equipment and personnel via motor vehicle to and from job sites.
Job Duty 3 -
Perform lawn maintenance to include mowing, line trimming, edging, aeration, fertilization, lime application, etc.

Maintain landscape and grounds; clear debris, trash, branches and leaves, remove ice, empty trash receptacles, clean storm drains and ash urns

Apply integrated pest management principles to maintain the Institute's lawn, trees, shrubs, groundcover, and flowers, through cultural practices and chemical use.

Participate in new tree care by assisting Tree Surgeon in planting, watering, fertilizing, staking and mulching. Manually prunes trees to 7 inches per campus standard.

Perform daily tasks including loading truck, Toro Lift, sharpening chainsaws, operating vehicles, checking fluids, dispensing gasoline and operating radios.

Job Summary
Provide support services in the operation and maintenance of an academic or research laboratory to include performing analyses; setup, operation, maintenance and cleaning of equipment; and maintaining stock of supplies. Specific duties will be determined based on assignment and unit needs. Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Setup, operate and maintain instruments and other equipment used in performing lab tests and experiments.
Job Duty 2 -
Order supplies and materials as required; maintain records.
Job Duty 3 -
Setup laboratory media/equipment for demonstrations.
Job Duty 4 -
May clean instruments, glassware and other lab equipment.
Job Duty 5 -
Prepare and process laboratory samples for use in assigned tests.
Job Duty 6 -
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma
Required Experience
Up to two years of job related experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
SKILLS
This job requires working knowledge in the use of instrumentation and other lab equipment, laboratory processes and procedures specific to assigned lab. Skills in inventory management and the use of specialized computer applications is required.
