Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic partner to the President/CEO, providing visionary financial leadership and operational excellence in support of the organization's mission. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Partnership
- Collaborate closely with the President/CEO, Leadership Team, and Finance Committee on strategic planning, master planning, and institutional growth

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven success in fundraising, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management systems (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, Blackbaud, or similar)

In this role you will be the senior authority responsible for overseeing the company’s global import, export, and sanctions compliance programs. This role defines and executes enterprise trade compliance strategy, ensures adherence to U.S. and international trade regulations, and partners with executive leadership to mitigate regulatory risk while enabling efficient global commerce.

As the Director of Strategic Trade Compliance, you will have the following key responsibilities:
Strategy, Leadership & Governance
- Define and execute the global trade compliance strategy across import, export, and sanctions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, delivering insights on trade risk, regulatory changes, and cost optimization.
- Lead, develop, and scale a global or regional team of trade compliance professionals.

Role Overview

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support and enhancements for Salesforce and integrated web systems, including troubleshooting, break-fix support, and minor updates
- Lead the full lifecycle of user requests—gathering requirements, conducting analysis, creating functional designs, and supporting testing and documentation
- Act as the go-to liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical solutions
- Manage all phases of UAT, including test planning, training users, coordinating testing, and tracking outcomes
- Build dashboards and reports, maintain support tickets, and keep communication flowing with stakeholders at all levels
We are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with CRM platforms -Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead meetings, write clear documentation, and interface with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience designing process flows and wireframes or mockups to support solution design
- Ability to manage service desk tickets and triage user issues effectively and efficiently
- Salesforce certifications are a plus, especially in Sales or Experience Cloud
- Excellent communication skills

Track and report global product adoption, customer usage trends, and key commercial metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related healthcare/technology field (medical device experience preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate in a cross‐functional, fast‐paced environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools; familiarity with medical device regulations is a plus.

This is a high-impact role responsible for leading core accounting operations, improving the financial close process and helping scale the accounting infrastructure for a complex and growing organization.
The company operates across multiple entities, domestic and international reporting structures, and continues to expand both organically and through new initiatives. The Controller will play a critical role in strengthening accounting processes, driving automation and developing a high-performing accounting team.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Overseeing general ledger accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple entities
- Managing consolidations and subsidiary reporting within a multi-entity environment
- Leading initiatives to improve and accelerate the month-end close process
- Partnering with finance, operations, and other cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve data integrity
- Supporting external audit processes and internal control initiatives
- Driving process improvements, automation, and system optimization across accounting operations
- Partnering on system implementations and enhancements related to financial operations
- Establishing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures aligned with GAAP
- Developing and mentoring accounting staff while building scalable processes to support growth

Qualifications
- CPA required
- 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 10+ years managing accounting teams
- Background in both public accounting and industry preferred
- Strong experience with multi-entity consolidations and operational accounting
- Demonstrated success improving close processes, controls, and accounting infrastructure
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and system implementations
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with modern accounting systems (NetSuite, Coupa, FloQast or similar) is a plus
