Job Title: BIM Modeler II/III (Electrical)

Location: Coppell, TX (75019)

Pay: $60k - $80k+ DOE

Position Overview: Seeking an experienced BIM Modeler II/III to support complex commercial construction projects. This role plays a key part in developing and managing detailed 3D models used for coordination, design support, and project documentation. The individual in this position will act as a senior member of the modeling team, helping guide production efforts and ensuring modeling standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with project teams, mentoring junior modelers, and contributing to large-scale construction projects using advanced modeling tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead modeling and documentation efforts for electrical systems on construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project models using trade backgrounds and coordination data from multiple disciplines.
• Create and modify project-specific Revit families and components as needed.
• Assign and coordinate modeling tasks within the production team to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Review and verify the accuracy of models and drawings before submission to project teams.
• Collaborate with coordinators, detailers, and field teams to ensure design intent is properly represented.
• Maintain organized model structures, sheets, schedules, and documentation within the project environment.
• Assist with 3D coordination efforts and resolve conflicts with other building trades.
• Prepare project files for use by removing unnecessary backgrounds and maintaining efficient models.
• Ensure all project data and internal documentation standards are properly followed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer-Aided Drafting, Design Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, drafting, or electrical design support.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and industry experience may be considered.
• Strong understanding of electrical symbols, layouts, and drafting standards.

Technical Skills

• Advanced experience with Autodesk Revit including creating and modifying families, schedules, and views.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks and coordination workflows.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling principles and spatial coordination between trades.
• Ability to interpret 2D construction drawings and translate them into coordinated 3D models.
• Experience setting up Revit models, worksets, and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to import external documents, images, and spreadsheets into modeling environments.

Travel

• Primarily office-based with occasional visits to active construction sites.
• Occasional travel may be required (up to approximately 20%) depending on project needs.

The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. 

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
• Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
• Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
• Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
• Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
• Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
• Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
• Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
• Perform Quality Control as established by this laboratory
• Perform Proficiency Testing and/or Split Sample analysis periodically as established by this facility
• Retain records of all analytic activities performed for a minimum of two years
• Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned to this position and document these activities for periodic review by the Laboratory Supervisor and/or the Laboratory Director

• Perform duties as ER Technician as needed
• Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
• Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
• Travel to all facility locations as required
• Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required

• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required
• Associate's Degree in Radiology, preferred
• Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing, required
• Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography required
• Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography, preferred
  • CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred
• 1+ years of CT experience, preferred

Job Title: Engineer - Product Engineer L2

Summary:

The Engineer will provide technical support to production to overcome daily challenges. Engineer will also use procedures and instructions to initiate the analysis process when product failure occurs. Investigations and researched for root causes with analysis documented, recorded, and communicated internally and provide solution. Engineer may contact Client Company for any quality escalations. Responsible for first level failure analysis on Customer Products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned.

Responsibilities Include but not limited:

• Have appropriate knowledge with the various systems including but not limited to Windows, Android, CMD and Linux tools, and procedures used in Production for Repair and failure analysis.
• Help Team to setup repair line including Tools and ESD grounding.

• Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
• Requires communication with local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
• Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.

Working Conditions

Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment. Office and outside environmental conditions found in the warehouse, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement. Requires the physical ability to lift 25 pounds.

Role: Senior Splunk Enterprise Security Engineer

Irving, TX - Onsite, 5 days - Only Locals

5+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk platform administration, with significant

depth in Splunk Enterprise Security.

Active Splunk certifications required: Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin and/or Splunk

ES Certified Admin.

Proven experience managing Splunk deployments in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, PCIor Google Cloud Platform).

Deep understanding of security monitoring, log management, SIEM operations, and

event correlation at enterprise scale.

Working knowledge of PCI DSS, SOX, and NIST CSF compliance frameworks and how

they translate into SIEM use cases and reporting requirements.

Strong SPL (Search Processing Language) proficiency, including complex statistical

commands, lookups, macros, and data models.
