Job Summary
The Product Training Analyst develops training programs for product end users to ensure deep product knowledge and effective usage. Helps create educational materials, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with product teams to create/update content and ultimately drive product adoption. ROLE OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for managing senior searches for the US business, working closely with the US Managing Partner and Principals. POSITION PURPOSE:
Cipriani is seeking an experienced and highly discreet Director of Security to lead all security operations across our New York City locations. This role is responsible for protecting our guests, employees, assets, and brand reputation while maintaining the elevated service standards synonymous with Cipriani. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strong leadership, risk management expertise, and hospitality-minded professionalism.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
- Oversee and standardize security operations across all NYC Cipriani properties, including restaurants, private clubs, event spaces, and corporate offices
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine security policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols
- Lead, train, and manage all security personnel (in-house and third-party), ensuring consistent coverage, performance, and professionalism
- Serve as the primary liaison with NYPD, FDNY, emergency services, and relevant regulatory agencies
- Obtain and maintain all necessary FDNY licenses and certifications required to operate all Cipriani restaurants, clubs, and event venues

Key Responsibilities
Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Ideal Candidate Profile
~8-10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance within dynamic, high-growth environments
Strong modelling expertise with deep understanding of product cost economics, supply chain cost drivers, and unit economics
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability; familiarity with financial planning systems (Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite, or similar)
Background in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or other fast-moving, operationally complex industries
Strong grasp of GAAP, GL review, financial controls, and accounting fundamentals

You will be the primary legal architect for the U.S. entity, navigating the intersection of New Jersey gaming regulation, employment law, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. - Broad Legal Skill Set: Demonstrable experience across employment law, commercial contracts, and real estate.
- iGaming / Sports Betting Exposure: iGaming industry experience is required, with prior exposure to iGaming or sports betting regulations strongly preferred; familiarity with the Casino Control Act is a major plus.
