Career Opportunity
EdgeCore is seeking a motivated Procurement Analyst to join its high-performing and growing Procurement team. This position will report directly to the Director of Procurement and will perform procurement and sourcing analysis, tactical buying, contract management and supplier management across the company. This individual will act as the procurement right hand for EdgeCore’s Design & Construction team.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute EdgeCore’s procurement strategy, including system and process optimization, sourcing, purchasing, and contract management
- Oversee tactical procurement activities, partnering with multiple business unit owners on RFP creation, vendor selection, contract negotiation, order implementation including delivery/ service tracking and overall supplier management
- Prioritize and balance stakeholder needs and client delivery timelines while also adhering to procurement processes

Your Experience and Qualifications

Customer Service Support Supervisor
The Customer Support Service Supervisor is responsible for the independent oversight of all dispatch operations within their assigned service team, territory, or region. Acting as the primary point of contact within the Service Coordination group, the Supervisor ensures seamless communication among customers, technicians, and management, while delivering timely and efficient customer service. This role serves as both a subject matter expert in Customer Support Services Team (CSST) processes and a trainer/mentor for Service Coordinators and administrative staff. With minimal direct oversight, the Supervisor exercises sound judgment and decision-making authority to resolve issues, enhance processes, and ensure adherence to service and company standards.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
Supervision & Leadership

Education:

Experience:

The HUD Bridge and Production Review Manager serves as a critical front-end and execution partner to the Production, Underwriting, and Credit teams. This role is responsible for evaluating prospective HUD multifamily transactions at the earliest stages, applying deep technical expertise while maintaining a pro-production, solutions-oriented mindset.
The position is designed for an experienced underwriting professional who enjoys deal evaluation, structuring, and execution—but does not seek a fully commissioned sales role. The Manager will work closely with producers to identify viable transactions, surface risks early, shape deal strategy, and support execution through Newmark’s balance-sheet bridge lending platform, including coordination of internal credit approval packages.
This role requires strong judgment, credibility with producers, and the ability to translate technical constraints into actionable deal paths.
Deal Pre-Screening, Evaluation & Production Support (55–60%)
- Serve as a primary technical partner to Production/Sales teams in evaluating prospective HUD multifamily transactions prior to engagement.
- Coordinate workflow and deliverable preparation with Newmark’s Global Support Team, including assigning, reviewing, and validating support work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with HUD requirements and internal standards.

- Partner with Production and Underwriting teams as applicable to ensure bridge packages are complete, accurate, and positioned for approval.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Director of Construction to lead and manage our construction function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing large-scale construction projects.
Responsible for managing and monitoring development project controls. Works with Development colleagues and internal stakeholders as well as outside consultants and third-party management companies to oversee Forum development projects from design through customer occupancy. Implements strategies for best methods to ensure consistency across Forum projects and expectations for quality, craftsmanship and design. This role takes the lead on or oversees monitoring job costs, evaluating change orders and representing the Owner at meetings with contractors and architects.
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction process from pre-construction through project completion, focusing on quality and efficiency.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Project Controls, the Project Administrator is primarily responsible to work with managers on all project related items, from assisting with project kickoff to job closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visualize, fulfill, and implement the vision and core values.

- Responsible for formal contract execution with Owners and Subcontractors through DocuSign

- Responsible for certified payroll reporting, OCIP/CCIP reporting.

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and security infrastructure to oversee commercial technology projects from planning through completion.
This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and technically engaging projects, including structured cabling, access control, and surveillance systems. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high technical standards.
The position involves responsibilities throughout the entire project lifecycle, including site walks, project estimation, technician oversight, scheduling, and final project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site walks and client meetings to determine project scope and requirements
- Prepare project estimates, proposals, and budgets
