Position Summary

The Real Estate Manager supports the ResponsiveEd/Blue Learning Real Estate Department by assisting with site identification, broker coordination, and real estate transaction activities across the portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities

• Support site selection efforts by identifying, researching, and evaluating potential locations for new schools or relocations.

• Conduct market tours, site visits, and travel as needed to review prospective real estate opportunities.
