The Associate Scientist will primarily engage in analytical development, assay qualification/validation, and analytical testing for cell and gene therapy products.
Position Summary:
- Collaborate effectively with a dynamic team of scientists and multidisciplinary groups involved in the production and analytical testing of cell and gene therapy products.
- Independently perform PCR-based assays, including ddPCR, qPCR, and RT-qPCR, for applications such as genomic titer, residual DNA, and related QC release testing as assigned
- Perform laboratory tasks for assay development, qualification/validation, and sample testing of cell and gene therapy products.
- Familiarize with various assays conducted by the team and learn to execute them in GLP/GMP environments.

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing all aspects of general Human Resource operations in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as provide support to the Director of Human Resources in the benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, payroll, recruiting and HRIS functions of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continually promote teamwork through effective leadership.

Summary:
We are seeking a contract Project Manager to lead a high-visibility IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiative to build a secure CMMC-aligned enclave in Azure and enable multiple businesses to onboard and operate within the environment to support third-party certification readiness.
The enclave’s infrastructure and security services are delivered and operated by an outsourced managed services provider (MSP/MSSP). This role will manage execution across internal stakeholders and the MSP/MSSP, ensuring delivery is aligned to technical requirements, compliance expectations, timelines, and audit-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for the expanded design, build, and rollout of a secure Azure-based CMMC enclave, supporting multiple business entities.
- Serve as the primary project manager coordinating across IT/Security stakeholders, business units, and the MSP delivering the environment.
- Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, timeline, milestones, and RAID log (risks/actions/issues/decisions).
- Manage vendor/MSP&MSSP delivery including scope alignment, execution tracking, dependencies, deliverable acceptance, and issue escalation.
- Establish clear scope boundaries between the enclave “core baseline” (shared services) and business-specific customization requirements.
- Coordinate technical implementation and readiness activities delivered through the MSP, including:
- Azure landing zone / subscription structure, segmentation, and governance
- Network design and isolation (hub/spoke, routing, connectivity, firewalling)
- Identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access
- Endpoint management and hardening using Intune and Defender for Endpoint

- Centralized logging/monitoring using Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM), Log Analytics, alerting
- Key management / secrets / encryption (Key Vault, encryption at rest/in transit)
- Backup/recovery strategy, retention planning, and operational support readiness
- Drive creation of a repeatable multi-business onboarding framework, including intake, standard configurations, variation handling, and validation.
- Partner with Cybersecurity and compliance stakeholders to translate CMMC/NIST expectations into actionable work packages and measurable deliverables.

- Drive documentation and audit readiness: policies, SOPs, control narratives, diagrams, and proof of operation (with evidence gathered from both internal teams and the MSP).
- Coordinate testing, validation, cutover planning, and go-live readiness; ensure post-launch stabilization (“hypercare”) and transition to steady-state operations.
- Provide clear stakeholder communications and executive-level status reporting, proactively surfacing risks, schedule threats, and mitigation options.
- Process and track one-time and re-occurring project invoices against the budget. Develop, manage, and maintain the operating cost model for each of the included businesses.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of IT project/program management experience, including technical infrastructure and security programs.
- Demonstrated success managing delivery through third-party vendors / managed service providers, including milestone tracking, SLA/OLA alignment, escalation, and deliverable acceptance.

This role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and navigate complex stakeholder environments. You will work closely with business users, project teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear and actionable business analysis documentation is produced while maintaining focus and quality under pressure.
You’ll be responsible for gathering, documenting, and improving business processes while acting as a liaison between the business, technical teams, and project stakeholders. You will play an integral role in driving the project’s success by delivering precise and detailed work across a variety of tasks in an agile environment. Additionally, you will be tracking and documenting changes to functional and business specifications and requirements to meet project milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to deeply understand their processes and requirements
- Analyze and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Identify application dependencies and areas for process improvement, providing actionable recommendations
- Gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs and align with project goals
- Create process flows, use cases, and detailed requirements documents using best practices
- Maintain an organized backlog in Agile methodology, ensuring requirements are well-defined and prioritized

- Act as the business liaison between the project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Facilitate meetings, providing clear documentation and tracking meeting notes
- Support project managers in gathering insights and user experience data to inform project decisions
- Manage and track change requests, ensuring timely resolution and completion of tasks
- Support the team in delivering current deliverables on time, stepping in when needed to assist with tasks
- Engage with clients to understand their business systems, document feedback, and ensure satisfaction levels are maintained
- Track and resolve client issues, providing recommendations for future improvements and efficiencies
- Develop and update project documentation, including requirements, use cases, process diagrams, traceability matrices, data dictionaries, and business rules
- Assist in the creation of training materials and support the team in understanding business requirements
- Stay focused and organized while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive, solution-driven approach while working with a diverse group of stakeholders and personalities
- Proactively learn new concepts and share knowledge with team members to foster collaboration.
Required:
- Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including process mapping (Visio or equivalent)
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and delivering business analysis in these environments
- Strong understanding of business systems, data flows, and software requirements design
- Academic or professional experience working with regression models or other statistical models
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while ensuring high attention to detail
- Experience with version control, requirement traceability, and best practices in documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage difficult stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience working on cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, interacting with both technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to lead meetings independently and document detailed meeting notes and action items
- Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with data inputs and outputs related to complex systems
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documenting project tasks
- Experience with reporting requirements and tools like Tableau or Alteryx
- IIBA certification is a plus.
