High School Teachers hold the primary responsibility for the implementation and development of Uncommon’s curriculum and the success of its students. Therefore, Uncommon Schools seeks teachers who are committed to continuously improving curriculum and instruction through collaboration as part of a grade-level and school team. Visual Arts:
We are seeking a high school Visual Arts Teacher to lead basic, intermediate, and advanced art courses for teenage students. This role will oversee instruction across multiple fine art disciplines, including drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, and mixed media, with opportunities for students to develop a cohesive portfolio of work over time. Courses will balance technical skill-building, creative expression, and critical analysis, while integrating art history, contemporary art practices, and visual literacy.

Required Experience

At Uncommon, our College Counselors work closely with students and parents to find the right colleges and universities to match their goals and enable them to achieve their dreams. College Counselors ensure aligned college matches for students regarding school community, size, location, student to faculty ratio, academic interests, financial aid, and extracurricular interests. The ultimate goal of the College Counselor is to ensure that each student graduates ready to thrive in college and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- You'll teach 11th and 12th grade college seminar courses in which you will guide students through the entire college application process. This includes (but is not limited to) exploring careers, identifying most appropriate post-secondary pathways, writing personal statements, building resumes, securing letters of recommendation, and applying for financial aid and scholarships.

Title: EPIC Trainer- Revenue Integrity (Instructional Designer)
Location: Voorhees Township, Hybrid schedule (1-3 days onsite/wk depending on in-person training schedule)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week, day shift
Must Haves:

Day to Day
The InstructionalDesigner is responsible for managing the Epic curriculum architecture and overseeing all aspects of planning, designing, developing, and implementing training for designated applications for the Revenue Integrity Department. The Instructional Designer will train on the revenue cycle for end users in Registration, Access Center, Unit Secretaries, Bed Planning, Schedulers, Precert Team, Billing for both the Hospital and the Medical Group. This role includes creating and maintaining course curricula, developing realistic practice scenarios and exercises, and building, testing, and maintaining the training environment. The Instructional Designer will educate, credential, mentor, and support Credentialed Trainers, deliver end-user education, and implement tools to measure training success. This role will help define, schedule, control, and adjust all IT transition tasks of the project.
This role is a specialized project manager responsible for the facilitation of the IT technical support transition and technical knowledge transfer.
